Really positive experience having ordered several items for my daughter, who is an Army Cadet. Very competitive prices, quick delivery and packaged brilliantly! Would definitely recommend!

The item was dispatched quickly and arrived within the specified time frame. The item was as described when it arrived. Overall I am very happy and will use Uniform Stores again.

Hard to find products well packed

Ordered boots with a wee discount that weren’t discounted anywhere else. Delivered quickly no issues at all. Will definitely order from them again.

Bought a Carinthia TRG jacket. Delivered on time and emailed to let me know every step. Good service and would use again.

When I ordered it said 2-4 days. Still says pending on my account. No answer on the number provided. Let's hope i get a reply to my e mail and more information tomorrow.

Although we unfortunately had to return our item as the boots didn’t fit the customer service and communication we received through purchasing and the refund was great. I would definitely shop with them again and couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

I ordered a jacket which was around the £80 mark.
Ordered in early hours on a Friday.
Emailed on Tuesday to see where my order was as it was still showing as pending. Received an email back from Tim explaining the delay and it is due to be delivered by end of week.
Now on Saturday,and it's due to arrive today,got tracking number.
So overall,great product,great service,and would definitely order again. Many thanks 👍

read the reviews before buying, i can honest say this company is fantastic, order Saturday 6th September. after an initial glitch with the post office delivery (less than useless) delivered on Wednesday 10th absolute as per. a guy called after I emailed found where the DH Postie had left the parcel at the wrong address. thank you so much youre a star.

The product and The handling, aka Customer Service and response
Product is manufactured in Slovakia, so its great
Customer handling is awful - no response on emails, no answer on phone calls, the only response was received when PP claim was opened.
CN22 form was glued to an envelope, so I had to pay extra customs in Germany, since German customs didn't find a papers inside.
If you want to get a good product and you do not plan to contact the store - go for it.
If you will have to get an attention or response in a case of any problem - pay extra and buy somewhere else

Had an issue with missing parcel. Quick to resolve. Good customer service, human and kind. Shoutout to Oliver and James for their help.

I some how managed to buy a pair of boots through a back door site, which turned out to be out of stock. Regardless, Tim and his team sourced a pair for me and hand them delivered just in time.

"AVOID" ordered on 23rd February contacted on 28th February about non delivery and replied saying it would be delivered on 1st March via Parcel Force Saturday came and went
still no delivery yet on 3rd March.

Please don't buy anything from this company as you won't receive it

Ordered a couple times from here and I most say there customer service is brilliant had a small stock issue and it was resolved almost immediately! Fast and reliable service.

Bought MTP kit 10 days ago. Still not received. No response from the multiple emails and calls. Delivery stated 2-4 days and no signs at all of the order and no tracking details offered. Would not recommend this company purely for the lack of customer service. If there is a problem communicate it to the customer.
