Hi Michael, I can see you ordered at 11:25pm on Thursday the 13th. The earliest we could have possible have dispatched these would have been 4pm the next day. I can see you emailed on Friday the 15th querying the dispatch and with us being particularly busy with a discount code we decided to cancel and refund your order to avoid further disappointment as you appeared to be quite stressed in your email.

Bought a pair of aku pilgrim boots for walking and general use, due to their ‘non aggressive’ and low profile look; they look like trainers.

Patrol boots
Excellent customer service. Ordered patrol boots for my son but needed to exchange for bigger size.
Contacted the company and was told that it will be fine to do so. Sent the boots back and received another parcel back very quickly.
Good quality boots and outstanding service, would highly recommend and I'm sure I will by again.
