Poor/zero communication and goods haven't arrived!
Placed an order on the 5/5, had confirmation of order, but no tracking details etc. Sent an email to chase, got a response that they would look into and have not had a response to date. Emailed this morning to cancel the order as a result- zero customer service. Can't rate the products as they haven't arrived. I wouldn't use again. Their delivery terms are- Standard Delivery - £3.99
We use Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed for or Hermes as our stand standard delivery method for all orders mainland UK.
This service takes a maximum of 3 business days from dispatch (we aim to dispatch same day).
UPDATE-
Since writing review, Uniform Stores have contacted me and assured me they have cancelled the order and refunded me.

Hi Pripiyat. Sorry to hear about your frustration. I have been through our orders and cannot link up what yours would have been based on this review. We also haven't received cancellation emails this morning and have replied to any email queries from yesterday.
If you have ordered a pair of Lowa boots, many of these have been a 'pre-order' which are not dispatched in the normal way as you have pointed out in your review, but as and when they are imported into the UK. This has been clearly indicated on our website next the size being ordered on the dropdown menu.
I have also been through all orders placed on the 5th of February 2023 and cannot find any that are not dispatched.
If you wanted to email or call us again and indicate you have left a review we can look into this further for you just in case your item has been lost in the post.

Ordered easily and great help
When I ordered it was very easy to navigate the website and then place my order. I then had to query my delivery time and when I sent the email I presumed it would be the next day but I received a reply a couple hours later. Overall very positive and great help.

Was looking for some quality boots for walking, I was told the AKU Pilgrim boots were worth a look. First time I have seen your site very happy with range of footwear and I ordered the AKU Pilgrim deser boots size 9. Payment was easy boots dispatched and delivered on time. Web site still nothing my daughter paid for those items from her savings. She is disappointed by this not being able to wear correct uniform to go to ger ATC. have sent them email but no response. Only people left to deal with this is trying standard's

Purchased a new pair of Lowa Zephyr GTX mid boots- Coyote colour size 12 from Uniform Stores.
These boots are ultra comfortable and I wear them every day for work and I think they are the best footwear that I have ever worn.
They are light, practical and stylish in appearance and keep your feet dry.
Uniform Stores were great to deal with and delivery of the ordered footwear was very prompt and expeditious.
The boots were also economically competitively priced.
A1 service and I will purchase more kit from Uniform Stores in the future.
