I had a great experience with them! My order came with one item wrong and I emailed them and from the first email until get resolve they were great. The product is perfect I really loved.

The cookie cutters seemed a little spendy so we started by ordering one “couples” cutter of grandpa and grandma. Their faces were both hilariously recognizable and the cookies were such a hit we ordered another “couples” cookie for friends— it was even more recognizable, and again a big hit. Based on those trials we just took the plunge and ordered the entire 20-member family, for a reunion cookie bake and clay Christmas ornament party! Fingers crossed they are all as good as the first ones. No more expensive than traditional reunion t-shirts and a much longer shelf-life!
My only advice— add 1/4-1/3 cup flour to the usual dough for an extra firm cookie that will hold its shape while baking. Some recipes may be better than others— do other enthusiasts have advice on that?
Oh, and be advised— customer service is fantastic! They let us sub in a different picture when one of the kids changed her mind, and also add to the order when another missed grandma’s imposed deadline. 😂

I was sceptical when I ordered the personalized cookie cutter however I was pleasantly surprised. Although the cookie cutter itself is rather flimsy, the final product is very cute and was fun addition to a birthday celebration.
