Hello! Sorry to hear that you got some delays in delivery, but while speaking with our customer support in the chat on website you were noticed that such model is out of stock currently and it would take near 5-7 days for delivery and billing time will start from the date of server delivery, not from payment date. Your server was already delivered after 3 days of waiting, even faster that was told. Sorry for delay but you should understand that preparing a server for issuance also takes a certain amount of time, and this is a fairly common practice. Hope you will enjoy using service rented in our company and if you'll have some issues you always can ask our support for help.

Greetings, Julien! We are sorry that you've got issues while ordering the server. Yes, I admit our guilt - exactly that server was out of stock and I understand that you needed that server delivered exactly on Saturday (and it's a little bit hard to carry out work on the additional purchase of equipment in the data center on weekends). But while making conversation via chat on our website you were informed about that and proposed alternate configurations of servers for the same price that were ready for delivery in the same day that you needed.
Anyway, thanks for taking the time to leave a review, it will help us get better. And we will be happy to show the high level of our service, if you decide to rent a server from us.

Single acceptable web-hosting fo me
It's is the best option if you don't like to contact data center directly. DC usually has bad customer support and requires extra payments for base features without which the worst experience is granted. Also Uni accept Bitcoin payments as well, finally someone in 2020 do so
