So blessed I found UNA !! In addition to all of the information, education and daily calls, advisor Mark Johnson has been amazing !! He has taken a lot of time with me to walk me through the entire process and help with my understanding, including even mailing off my ROE’s. I highly recommend Mark and the entire team !! they are of utmost character and are truly doing God’s work.

Sara helped me fight the complicated battle I had with my current banker and has since lead me in a different banking direction, which has proved to be God sent. I found out about Unincorporated Associations a little over a year ago. Kirk Carmichael and his team are amazing! I purchased 2 UNA’s and plan on working on these trusts within the next couple weeks. They have questions and answers 6 days a week plus they answer questions via text almost any time of day. When I first inquired they set me up with a zoom call with Mark. He is a true professional and his knowledge is top notch. He is also a customer with Unincorporated Associations and told me his personal experiences as well. I would recommend Mark to anyone interested in this program. He responds to texts on his personal phone and he really wants to help. My only regret is not finding this company sooner. A year and a half ago, my tax bracket changed significantly. I don’t know about you, but I certainly didn’t want to pay all the taxes I was suddenly facing.

I have bought several UNAs from Unincorporated Associations and have sat in every Zoom Q&A call since November 2025. Kirk and his team are authentic, dedicated and are motivated by teaching others to live tax free. This is the solution I was looking for before I invested in a private trust. Had I known about the UNA, I would have done this instead. Listen to the training modules and recorded Zoom calls, attend the Zoom calls, ask questions and jump in with both feet!

Staff are friendly — no complaints there. But before signing anything, I did some homework on the underlying "Revocation of Election" and "tax-exempt UNA" claims, and I'd urge anyone else to do the same before paying. The IRS has publicly warned (IR-2004-42) about groups selling "tax-exempt" entity formation as a way to eliminate income tax liability, and the specific arguments here — that a filing can revoke your obligation to pay income tax, or that forming an association makes you exempt — track almost exactly with categories the IRS's own "frivolous tax arguments" guidance lists as rejected by courts. I'd also note that the "575" tax ID they emphasize is just a standard EIN confirmation notice, not proof of tax-exempt status. I'm not a lawyer, but given how closely this matches long-documented frivolous-argument patterns, I'd want independent advice from a CPA or tax attorney with no stake in the sale before relying on it.

She directed me to a weekly call to hear more specifics of the back ground and character of the company. I had heard some before from the website, my referral partner, and other info sites…
I was ready to go… and she wanted to take time to insure all my questions were answered and which particular route would best serve my interests and specific needs and when (ROE deferred until later). She was concise and engaging to insure I understood the best platform for business and personal interests would serve my particular situation; Federally funded, but not employed— Retired Military, Disability, and SSDI… as well as filing criteria for 2025, with refund coming. Still a lot to learn, consider and processing in timing… and confident in the sound council and options for consideration. Moved forward with UA… and building a strategy for the other considerations, timing and investment for a personal identity UA for the other measures and considerations.
Extremely satisfied and already enrolling others on the viable journey.
