Union Wills Avis 

Great experience using union wills. Would recommend for an easy way to get peace of mind. I needed some help and they were really helpful and got back to me with a solution really fast.

Unite wills made my will making easier than I expected. The customer service provided was very good. Communication was clear and efficient.

Excellent customer service with quick replies . The ‘free’ will I felt was not a good fit . Good basic will but even our simple requirements meant we had to pay extra

As so often in life a Will always seems to be on the back burner.Through my Union Unite the whole process is relatively simple to do.
From the enicial telephone enquiry to the final procedure it was much,much straightforward than I could have imagined.If you are a Unite member and are considering making a Will,and think it cannot be free,it is.

As it is included with union membership was a good service. The website whereby you have to complete the details was a bit restrictive you had to go through the whole form again when editing. However for my very simple will was reasonable and the will was quickly emailed to me.

The people were so helpful,kind and understanding. It was easy to do, and they were on hand when needed, to answer any and all questions I had. I honestly cannot rate them high enough. The will was done quickly too.

Straight forward will making and excellent service everything explained thoughly.

Simple to complete and professional service

I had quite a simple will to complete but still had a few queries. Advisors were available at every step making the whole process very straightforward.

Did my Will with Unite Wills a few years ago but needed to make some changes. It was easy to do and the administration fee wasn't that bad at £12. I hope to receive the updated version soon.

Unite - wills have been absolutely brilliant, I am a union member and have been for over 40 years with Unite and as part of their membership I get a Will and Lasting Power Attorney service which I took up. Right from the start of this process were very informative and supportive always there to assist and answer questions. I have now got a mirror Will with my wife and both have registered LPA forms. Excellent service Thank you Unite - Wills.

Shambolic service no updated response after 5 months, LPAs were sent in Dec for both my wife and myself still not completed and filed also their correspondence titled my wife as Mr not Mrs so had to refer back to OPG. Complained got apologies but problem not resolved left up in the air.

Ease of use; problems dealt with swiftly all areas of Will covered and addressed. Completion done in an amazingly short period; service unbelievable- and free/ sooo cheap should certain families/needs be complex. Have recommended to colleagues So grateful as I’d been putting it off for years Could nt be happier with this
