Filling in the application was online and straight forwards, even for me. I was kept up to date by email on the progress of my Will and had a telephone coversation with a very helpful lady. She explained everything to me a couple of times and was very patient. I recieved my Will very quickly by email with exact instructions on how to complete it. I am Very happy with the service and would recommend this company.
