Hi Thomas,
Hope you’re well.
Not sure if you’re confusing us with a different store / platform as we are an independent menswear store and e-commerce website that sells mostly Italian menswear brands that have been established for a long time. We are based in Liverpool in the UK and Union22.co.uk is our website.
I can’t seem to find an order with your name so not sure if we have been mixed up with another website ?
Kind regards,
Dale

Absolutely amazing
Absolutely amazing. I’m located in the US and contacted the store after hours and received an immediate reply from Dale. Dale was so pleasant and extremely helpful the whole interaction was so easy and smooth. I received my product in 3 days all the way from the UK to the US, that’s a lot quicker than I’ve experienced ordering right from my own country. I will def be doing business with them again along with recommending them to all of my friends and acquaintances. Product was top notch along with their customer service!

Ordered Hogan trainers online. Union 22 couldn’t be more helpful. They got in touch and advised me to size down as they’re a big fit.
20 hours later, trainers arrived at my door and fit perfectly.
