Efficient and Courteous
The team were quick to react to our IT recycling needs. We had a lot of old PC's and other electrical items and the team had no hesitation in coming over to take all the equipment in one go. The team that dealt with this enquiry as well as the men that came out to dispose of the equipment were courteous and efficient. We also received the certificates confirming safe disposal of the equipment - I would not hesitate recommending them whatsoever.

Easy, smooth process. Recommend
We spoke with Simon at Uniq to collect a number of devices from our main office and the main offices of two of our clients, which were all in close proximity of each other.
Uniq were able to arrange to do all of these collections on a day that was convenient for our clients and us.
Communication was brilliant and the whole process was smooth. We were kept informed throughout and the documentation provided once the devices had been wiped and disposed of was excellent.

Putting the Ease in IT Recycling
We had a great experience working with Charlotte. She really took the time to understand our needs and clearly walked us through all the available options. Her explanation of the different levels of data deletion was thorough and easy to understand, which gave us real peace of mind. The whole process was smooth and well managed. Uniqu Recycling Customer Service
Uniq Recycling has a brilliant customer service ethic. They respond quickly to collection requests and keep us updated from initial contact to collection of the mobiles and tablets. The asset report is comprehensive along with issuing Certificates of Data Destruction, and WEEE disposal. I would recommend them and thank them for such good service.

Alysia is brilliant! Everytime we need recycling done it is booked within a week and if it's not possible then we are communicated with. The collections are smooth and just makes life easier.

Great Service
We have had great communication with Alysia and the team, and she has always kept us in touch with collections and let us know when the reports are ready.
The collections have always been on time and we always get a full report of exactly has been collected, for our records.

Great service provided
Easy to arrange the collection and they were happy to make a second visit on the same day so we could clear the large amount of items we had to collect. All the required documentation was provided following the collection.

Uniq Recycling - Great to work with
Having our IT kit collected for recycling happens a couple of times a year for us, and Uniq Recycling have been our go to for a few years now. They are great to work with, as they are trustworthy and fuss-free when it comes to arranging our collection, with the reassurance that data will be destroyed and kit recycled/disposed of within regulations, with a certificate provided at the end of the process.
The staff have always been friendly, accommodating and always keep me posted with the progress.

Head and shoulders above the rest!
After trying a number of similar providers of WEEE hardware collection and removal, the only company that offered the complete package was Uniq. Not only was the hardware collected from site punctually but there was the opportunity for us to donate the rebate from the hardware as part of the service. With no money changing hands and excellent account management what more could anyone ask for?
