The rug came quickly and was well-packaged. It is exactly as shown on the website. I appreciated all of the details given about each rug including thickness and photos of the front and back sides. My first criterion is always the size, so listing that first on the search pages is helpful and saves time.. There was a large selection, so it was hard to decide, but I am happy with my purchase.

This is a really great company to get wonderful rugs. I am a repeat customer. I recently bought an amazingly gorgeous rug and am mostly very, very happy with it. The rug is exactly as pictured on the website. The pile is a bit less deep than I would like but the description on the website certainly was accurate about that.
I appreciated the fast and free shipping.
However, my rather very expensive rug arrived smelling like a wet dog and it has been over month now of slowly releasing this strange odor. I am guessing that it will need 3 months to get completely free.
Also, I bought a rug pad for it but it is super thin and really only functions as a non-slip underlay with no padding whatsoever. I just ordered a different pad and regret purchasing this fron Uniq.
But overall, after buying many rugs from this company I would highly recommend the company. Just be very careful with the specifications so you don't have any surprises.

Your website was seamless, no waiting for loading despite the extensive photos, etc., you had of each rug. Each rug was unique, your filters worked beautifully and quickly, I loved that you had the rugs each pictured from different directions and also of the back. The rug is of great quality. There was an issue with shipping but customer service got right on it and corrected the problem. They were very responsive. I would look to them if I wanted another rug in the future!

I purchased a Navahand rug from Uniq. It is a beautiful rug, brand new, no odor, and the price was very fair. It is the second rug I have gotten from this company. Note that someone does have to be home to sign for the delivery. That delayed our shipment. If I had known, I would have had it sent to our business address.
