I do not know how this company is showing a 4.6, my best guess is that people aren't technical enough to go and find sites like this to leave a review. We took a cruise out of Ft Lauderdale and it did NOT go smoothly at all. I have used parking like this at ~10 cruises in the past and never had an issue. We show up at proposed place to find out from hotel that they were completely booked for an event at the hotel (unrelated to this parking service) and I had to call the number to be told the place to place through a text a hung up on (didn't even confirm if that's really where we were to go). We show up at the location (luckily only 5 mins away) and it's not organized, but we were lucky that the next shuttle was filling up so we used it. They were strong arming people to give them extra money (specifically in CASH!) as some gave them $40 (which was about what we paid already). Luckily for me, he didn't try to get extra out of me (I would not have paid it or did what another guy said he would just dispute the previous charge). They dropped us off and didn't mention where to meet them when we get back (partly my fault for not asking, but usually they are good about telling you exactly what to do). We arrive back and I call the number and they say to look for "black, white or black and white van"...that's about as general as can be as almost all of them fit that description! We got lucky to where I noticed one arrived that was pulling a small trailer that looked similar to original one and I ran over and asked the guy if they were this company, of which he says no that's not us (keep in mind the vans have no labels on them). He asked a few more questions and we find out that it is indeed them! We were the first on the shuttle and it left not too long after that, but it ended up taking over 30 mins to arrive less than 5 mins away because it was driving all around to various hotels dropping people off. Our other family party had to end up takin g an UBER to get back to the place and arrived exactly at the same time we did. I would NOT recommend using this company in Ft Lauderdale as this happened to a large amount of people and there was zero communication. If you do use them, you better show up extra early and set your arrival time later than you think.

Car parking overstayed due to covid. Car park is closed. Asked to speak to owners to discuss discount and they are not available. Pretty poor. Will not be using them again.

Picked this location because they had a free shuttle to the airport but after I paid and parked my car I was told there wasn't a shuttle running. I would have parked at another location if I had known. I had to catch an uber to make my flight.

Just returned from a week family travel flying out of Atlanta. Parked at the Marriott Airport Hotel where United Parking is available. Booking in advance saved us about 65%! Airport shuttles run every 15 minutes. They only pick you up on return from the South Terminal which they did not explain to us when they dropped us off at the North Terminal which caused us a delay getting back to the car. Will definitely use the service next time so highly recommend the service!
