Counterfeit product, no customer service
I purchased an Apple HomePod mini. I was shipped a counterfeit apple HomePod mini. The stickered branding on the box and the build quality of the “speaker” were evidence of a non-genuine product. I emailed customer service to request a refund and was met with radio silence.
I would not buy anything from this retailer.

FAKE WEBSITE AND FAKE PRODUCTS..STAY AWAY
I received a FAKE product and their customer support is nonexistent. STAY AWAY FROM THIS WEBSITE.
I ordered a HomePod Mini order#1415 and after a month I received a fake round thing and I don’t even know what it is. I wanted to return for a refund and wrote an email on April 6th, to their email and till now no response. They don’t have any support phone number.
