I love the ease of ordering
I love the ease of ordering; this is the best part of UDS. Friendly, fast, helpful responses to emails are also excellent. The worst parts are 1) the slowness of delivery (high-fee fast delivery should be an option), 2) I really don’t like receiving emails that say UDS has tried to call me about an order when this is absolutely not true and 3) the office operating hours are difficult for customers in Australia.
This review is not based on a specific date, it is based on being a UDS customer for about four years.

After about three weeks of waiting…
After about three weeks of waiting after I submitted my order, nothing had come was no communication from you so I called and was told my prescription was out of date and had to be renewed by my doctor. But this was Inaccurate, my prescription was renewed in May 2022 and it was still current. Whoever read the prescription read on it that the prescription has started in 2021 but that was just the first prescription, not the renewal. After you found out that Prescription was still current, you did send out the prescription in a timely way. But it was very annoying that I had to wait three weeks with no communication to find out you weren’t sending it because you thought my prescription was out of date, you could’ve emailed me or called me so I wouldn’t have had such a long wait. If this had been an urgent situation, that would’ve totally sucked. I’ve been dealing with this company for at least 10 years and generally they’re pretty good but this time was a screwup.
