Universal Kitchen Doors have just finished my kitchen, and both Neil- who organised everything and followed it through, calling in several times, and MiMi, the fitter- who is brilliant at his job, and a really hard worker, have given me the kitchen of my dreams. It’s beautiful, I love it. A lot of work went into designing and changing units, doors and worktops to do this, and I would recommend them to anyone. Im thrilled with it. I would choose them again any day. They should be 100% 5⭐️

Truly excellent customer service, pricing and products
The sole reason we ordered from Universal Kitchen Doors was their customer service and excellent prices. We required several made to measure doors along with standard sizes and also needed advice on what to order correctly. Neil was truly amazing and helped us choose the correct units that would fit giving us sound advice.
The prices were also one of the cheapest but that wasn't the deciding factor. The professional correspondence from Neil from onset was excellent and once chosen, the products were delivered within the time period and they were exactly as ordered. We were truly delighted with the service, products and pricing from Universal Kitchen Doors. We can't recommend them highly enough.

Only needed a single door replacement
Only needed a single door replacement, found Neil to be extremely helpful and he had a vast array of styles and colours to suit any kitchen. Ordering and sizing was easy, with helpful tips on how to make sure our replacement door was exactly the right size. Once order placed Neil kept us notified of due delivery dates and he was spot on. Will definitely use Neil again and would recommend Neil and Universal Kitchen Doors to friends and family.

Wow fantastic from start to finish
Wow fantastic from start to finish! After searching the Internet I decided to choose this company based on reviews, so glad I went with them. Communication is top class, I had 9 doors and 4 drawers, Basel end and plinths replaced, kept my own hinges as Neil suggested, this is another plus, Neil didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. Neil was very accommodating and a great guy and even dropped the doors for me as I struggled to store them, this company go above and beyond! Cannot forget Mimi the fitter what a lovely guy and great at what he does, my kitchen looks fantastic at a fraction of the price of a new kitchen, as I am removing my own rubbish I didn't expect Mimi to clear up but he did, infact insisted and put everything in bags what he could for me. Lissa oak shaker doors.....
I did do a great deal of researching lissa oak shaker style doors to match my mum's utility.
Good website, clear details of the ordering process and very reasonable rates for drilling hinge recesses and more importantly competitive prices for the doors.
After ordering, I have been kept up to date with the stages of production and delivery timescale.
As promised, I was given tracking information and my delivery arrived as stated.
As for the doors, very impressed, excellent quality and substantial (compared to the doors that I am matching up to...).
This was just a small order (2 doors), but I will definitely be using Universal Kitchen Doors again.
Good to know that you care about feedback from customers and from my point of view, I would almost certainly be recommending you in terms of quality and customer service.

Replacement kitchen doors/drawers
Having decided to replace the kitchen units doors and drawers we had no idea which company to use. Luckily for us a trade person we had used suggested we contact Neil as their neighbour had used the company and were very pleased with the outcome. The whole process was extremely straightforward - Neil explaining how it would all work, and the quote given was very good. Mimi the fitter was excellent and would ask a question as he was going along to make sure we were happy with everything that was being done, he also suggested changing a door round to make it easier for access to a lower cupboard shelf.
Overall I cannot praise Neil and Mimi enough for their professionalism and friendliness.
I would have no hesitation in recommending this company to friends.

Why go to the expense of a brand new kitchen?
We inherited our old kitchen when we bought our house 8 years ago. It was a buttercream colour which was starting to border on yellow.
We considered a re-spray but decided on the middle ground - new doors and drawer fronts. I am extremely pleased with the white shaker units but especially pleased with an indigo blue larder unit. I can’t stop looking at it.
Prior to having the kitchen fitted we had a leak at home causing extensive water damage. Neil kindly looked after the larder unit for us. He also quickly sorted out a few minor issues.
Mimi was brilliant and checked everything with us before he did it.
Why go to the expense of a brand new kitchen when you can get a product like this at a fraction of the cost.

Highly recommend
When we contacted Neil we weren’t sure what exactly we wanted I.e a new design using most of our current units and adding new or just new doors. Neil was extremely helpful, very knowledgeable and advised what he thought would be best. We decided to change all the doors and plinths etc on the units we had and add an extra unit. To keep costs down we used out current hinges.
Everything arrived as expected quite quickly and I am so happy with the look of my old New kitchen.

My new kitchen :)
I used Universal kitchen and doors to design and plan my new kitchen. Neil helped me work out the best layout that worked for our family. He never tried to talk us into what he thought was the best way, but gave us his opinions and the facts for us to make an informed choice.
The quality of fitted kitchen is really good. I chose a matt finish in soft grey which I love. I would definitely recommend Neil to family and friends as he was a competitive price and I am happy with the overall finish.
Neil helped wherever possible and always made sure things went as smoothly as they could. He recommended an excellent, skilled kitchen fitter and we are very happy with the end result. Would not change anything at all.

Neil came out to have a chat and give us an idea of what could be done in the kitchen of the house we had just bought, he brought us different colours and styles of units. He designed how he thought the kitchen would be utilised to its full potential and he didn't disappoint. He kept us informed about delivery of the units and carcasses and Mimi also came out to see the design. Once the units arrived Mimi came out to fit them all and he was so professional and precise, he takes great pride in his work and was extremely respectful. My kitchen looks amazing and I cant thank you both enough. Even after the job was completed Neil kept in touch to make sure that everything is still ok. I can recommend Universal kitchen doors and Mimi enough. They are not the cheapest but the standard of doors and fitting is excellent
