Amazing customer service
Bought a hairband online and didn't quite suit me, Universe of Us were so accommodating and friendly. They exchanged it for me without any issues. Will definitely be using them again, they have so many lovely products.

Ordered a print from these guys through Trouva that was advertised as £11.50 reduced from £16.50. Paid the price stated and received confirmation. Day later received an e-mail off Trouva that the price was wrong and if I wanted the product I had to pay an extra £5 as the price advertised was wrong. No doubt that these guys will blame Trouva.com just as I have the e-mail off Trouva that states it’s UniverseofUs fault. Either way I don’t have the print at the advertised price so both websites can get a 1 star review.

Dear Nick, I am sorry you have had a bad experience via Trouva. I can only explain what has happened and hope that you understand that this was a genuine mistake. We sell two sizes in the print, the smaller size is £11.50 & the larger size is £16.50, on our own website you will see that this is the case and that the prints are not on sale. Our products are listed on Trouva via a feed which has unfortunately glitched, this is neither our or Trouva's fault, it is just one of those technical things that can happen, we did inform Trouva immediately that there was an issue. Unfortunately as a small business I hope you understand that we cannot simply sell a product at a lower price when its a mistake out of our control, we do offer a 10% new customer discount on our site if you would like to purchase the print. I would like to reassure you that we strive to have great customer service and negative reviews do have a detrimental impact on small businesses so I hope the explanation helps you understand this was a genuine mistake and not a reflection of our business.
