Tommy is a master at creating a safe space to open up and share your experiences no matter how heavy they are. We had today another session focused this time on unpacking my belief leading to friction in my relationship and stagnancy in my career. Cannot thank Tommy enough for these aha moments, you know, the time when entire body tells you have stumbled upon a realisation that is about to change your game. All that is accomplished with Tommy's understanding of a human brain and how beliefs are formed. Thank you Tommy & cannot wait to continue next week.

Tommy has a different approach to helping release negative beliefs and the tools to love and accept yourself where you are. He has helped me work past a limiting belief in a way I have never experienced and it has helped so much! I have a different mindset now and feel freed from my sugar addiction and he has helped me to sit with where I am and be Good as I keep progressing on my health journey.

I have worked as a coach for more than 10 years and one day I met Tommy and his methods within RSR. I became interested in what he teaches and wanted to learn more. Tommy has really changed the way I work with my clients. I have also worked with Tommy one on one and he has accompanied me in the most loving way so that I have been able to go from several problems to understanding and I see miracles happening in my life.

Tommy helped me understand and change the negative self talk directed towards me by me engineered by others for years... I am so glad I found Tommy by chance on Facebook while he was giving a free live talk about reprogramming the mind from negative beliefs.
For years, I have suffered with low self esteem, depression, anxiety, anger, negativity, fear,fight or flight and no therapist has been able to help me.
At first, I was skeptical but as I kept listening to him, I started to relate to what he was saying. Right there, I contacted him to have a session with him and the rest is history. He was able to break whatever barrier that was in my mind from childhood and made me understand the why and he gave me the tools to keep chipping away at them. Negativity has affected every aspect of my life but after meeting Tommy, I am learning how to change those beliefs and replace them with positivity. Those tools are only effective when we use them daily... they are not magic wands.

Hi Tommy I like to give you some positive news regarding the self love you teach or help ppl find actually. Today like most days I took off for my run and usually my thoughts are good while running. Today I was actually talking to myself as I ran. Instead of thinking come on come on, you're not fit. You're not strong, I changed it to go for it Scott..come on Scott you're smashing it..look at you go Scott..I was using my name but the most interesting thing was I started to cry while running but only when I said my name..I'm proud if you Scott.. I just cried. What you are helping me with is nothing short of a miracle for me. To praise myself and using my name felt so good. What you are teaching is an absolute blessing, seriously Tommy I felt myself let go of something I can't explain and the tears flow but in a healing manner not a sad way. I know this makes sense to you but for me personally I've spent 40 years beating myself up and i just can't thank you enough. I'm super good at praising everyone else in my life I just didn't realise how important it is for self praise, self love. You are a miracle man for me.. Sorry for messaging you I know you have many ppl to help..Thanks Man!!!

When I started working with Tommy I was in a critical moment and I felt very bad. With patience and love, session by session with him helped me resolve and understand that, so I began to feel much better.
Currently I choose to continue working with Tommy because he is a very nice person and I also find him a great help to continue discovering and growing in myself.

I HIGHLY recommend working with Tommy Walker and Rapid Subconcious work. Tommy is kind, compassionate and very insightful. He is wonderful at explaining things until understood and answering any questions. Before working with Tommy I was dealing with another major mental health battle with severe anxiety and depression. I have dealt with this off and on for most of adult life. I have gone to counseling/therapy and been under medication care throughout. I have also had a lot of training with mental health because of my coaching and mentoring with veterans and at-risk youth. I have even been trained in NLP and Timeline and worked with other coaches. Those were all beneficial, however, working with Tommy has been different and so very helpful in deeper ways that I think some of the other things are lacking.

Many coaches and gurus out there are so focused on the positive thinking that they overlook the underlying causes of the negative thoughts and still push people to just push them away.

I had beliefs about my emotions and especially negative ones that were wrong since I was a child. Tommy is helping me uncover these and many other limiting and hurtful subconscious thoughts. I have still met with my counselor and mental health team but I feel Tommy has been the most pivotal in processing and healing from the anxiety and depression and learning how to truly love and accept all of me. I look forward to continuing to work with Tommy and urge anyone looking for growth, success, confidence or healing to work with Tommy.

I have been following Tommy for a few years now, his work and thoughts on the topic of recovering Trauma are ground breaking. This is very important work that should be an individuals top priority. Especially if starting a business, managing other people and team building. You can hardly managage others if you have symptoms of CPTSD, much less manage others. Get healed is the first step one must take prior to embarking on any sort of self help program etc.

Tommy know's the path, you only need follow it and do the work.

Tommy has completely transformed my way of thinking from wounded inner child to loved inner child. His guidance has helped me bring in opportunities that are Best for me. Tommy was very good to reach out to me in a time that I needed it, & kept doing that which showed he cared. Came across as genuine, warm & intelligent with his free session before switching into scheduled sessions. He has one of the best skills that even professionals cant do which are listening & presents. He is able to tell you the truth & education you, not just tells you things. Tommy has set out to educate you & then apply what he has taught you, he is able to make the complex into simplicity. I would say he is better then some professionals out there that are only academic. Which I'm able to see how the system has kept me suck & failed me but with Tommy he has given me more knowledge & a different way to think from the rest.

Not only did Tommy help me resolve what was going on at that moment, which truly would have been enough to get a 5-star review from me as it was really bad, but he also gave me the tools to work through this any time it comes up again, and also tools to help these feelings get less negative in the meantime.

I cannot recommend Tommy highly enough. He has done this for years and has only gotten better and more effective and efficient in the few years I've been working with him.
