I was able to make my long text into speech and for free, which I wasn't able to do on most other websites. If you made your speech model easier to understand, it would be a tremendously better site. The voice is hard to understand and is cheaply coded.

Hi, we’ve just introduced ai voices, if you press the dropdown below the text entry that says “device voices” then select “AI (beta)” it will use a much more advanced synthesis.
The other action is to click “add more voices” in the top navigation and follow the instructions for your device.

It was very easy to get the speech generated from the text. I was able to paste in several questions and used the pause and resume buttons between questions. What would have made me give 5 instead of a 4 would be the ability to add a break (of user selected number of seconds) after each statement/question I enter.

It does the job - Simple, fast, and no ads
I had one small project for which I needed TTS.
All the voices I've tested on the PC sounded too robotic. I was not getting satisfaction wiht the standard MS Office tools.
Everything I've experienced online was full of adds and with one objective only - to get us to sign for the paid service.
UnlimitedTTS might have limitations when it comes to the choice of voices, but it does the job. The "Google UK English" worked great!
For the specific job I was doing, the only thing I've missed was a Download button.
But at the same time, having to hear the conversion while recording it on the PC, allowed me to correct a couple of grammar issues I had on my texts!
A big thanks to all the developers involved on this project.

This has been my first experience using AI speech. It is good to hear my books instead of just reading. The voice was a little stilted, but otherwise not bad and not that hard to listen to

So far so good
So far so good. I had been using another site for over a year and they updated it and now it doesn't work. Finding this site was a sigh of relief. I use it for my studies and for editing my book, so it is a really important tool for me. I really doesn't have a limit which is great. Most sites promise it but then ask for payment after a few thousand characters. I use a UK voice and it works well for me. Occasionally the speed will be off but I think that's more about me adjusting to new settings. Thank you for creating this free tool. You have made my life easier and I hope to donate as soon as I have some money.

UPDATE: We have now added some natural AI voices when you select the “device voices” dropdown that sound more better and can be downloaded. (No Aussie one yet though)
