Hi Jonathon, thanks for your comments and so sorry to hear you had issues assembling your desk. We contacted the supplier who advised that all parts were sent. Please do let us know though if there was anything missing or incorrectly sent and will take up with the supplier. If the assembly instructions were not clear we will inform the supplier of this also and recommend adjusting. Again, we apologise for the less-than-ideal experience you've had. Just too slow on delivery

Hi Richard, thanks for your review. Yes, totally agree, 3 weeks is a far too long for across town delivery. Unfortunately, your order was temporarily lost in transit from the supplier to you. We ordered a standing table in February, the system showed you had stock, at first we had to chase it up after that we received a mail informing us there will be a delay and we could expect delivery mid March, this changed to end of March and again has been extended. we still do not have our table

Hi Bianca, thanks for your comments and again we are very sorry for the delay in getting your desk to you. We advised on the 13th, February that the desk was out of stock and would be delayed until the 30th, March 2023. Unfortunately, due to delays getting into the Ports of Auckland, this was pushed out to the 14th, April 2023. Apologies again for the delay. Its extremely frustrating for all when this type of thing happens. Kind regards
