If I could leave 0 stars I 100% would.

First of all, my order was delivered after 4 weeks of waiting however their website reassures that the total wait time is 2 weeks.

I left it a week later after my product wasn’t delivered and after the second week and I ended up emailing the company over 5 times trying to get some sort of communication as to where my product was. This was super difficult as no one replied and when they did it was days before I got a reply. I tried contacting the online chat support and my message was read and ignored and no one ever got back to me.

I eventually got an email back with a picture of my product and everything looked perfect. They sent me a picture of one of the custom mailer bags I ordered. Bare in mind I ordered 50 and this one bag they sent me a confirmation picture of was perfect.

My product came and I was extremely disappointed, probably 40-45 of the bags were printed blurry and the text was bleeding into the other text making it unreadable and overall bad quality. The quality of the bags are also awful and paper thin. You can see anything that you place in the bags which offers no support to anything placed in them. I’ve emailed the company in regards to this situation but then again this was probably a waste of time as I will get ignored again most likely.

Honestly…. Do not buy from this company unless you’re looking to waste time and money.

the tissue paper had lines in it that was unexpected

Not happy with what I received. I ordered tissue paper with my logo, and was excited to receive it. Unfortunately the logo was so light it was basically non existent. I could have just purchased plain white tissue paper. Very disappointed 😞
