Same item for less
Until Gone had the lowest price for the software subscription. It is working great, fully functional, and contains the same items as the subscription I would have chosen directly from Microsoft. 5/5, would purchase again.

Poor shipping.
It has been a month since I placed my order. I have received 2 of the 3 items that I ordered. The tracking information on the 3rd item is not always up to date. I believe my package has been lost and not sure when I will be receiving it, if at all.

Buyer Be Ware
In July I ordered an Apple Ipod that was listed as new. In the first week of November the ipod strated to come apart, mainly the screen. I contacted Until Gone and was told since it was past the 90 day warranty (by a coulple of days) there was nothing they could do. It wasn't like the ipod wasn't working properly, it was falling apart which means I was sold a defected product that was suppose to be new. They insisted that the ipod was listed as refurbished and just so happens that the ipod is no longer avaliable. I DO NOT PURCHASE REFURBISHED PRODUCTS. So I got them with that one. Its clear what's going on here. Years ago I had an Iphone 7 that started to swell due to the battery. I took it to the Apple store and was told it was out of warranty by several years but they will give me credit for the price of the phone towards an Iphone 11. Now that's customer service. You will be better off going with Brad's Deals. They have quality products and better customer service. Until Gone sells you lemons. BUYER BE WARE.
