I have never used a service like this before. I've considered it through other jewelry selling websites, but was always leery & ultimately backed out.
We are buying a house, & I decided to try selling some jewelry items again to help with the down payment. After researching the best sites, and checking reviews, I chose Unvault. I am so happy that I did! They made the entire experience so easy, their offer was very fair, they paid shipping, and made sure to let me know when they received my jewelry. They videord themselves opening the box and inspecting the jewelry, then they sent a final offer that was even better than the original offer. Payment took a couple of days because it was late on Friday when I accepted the offer, but everything was very transparent & went smoothly. I will definitely do business with them again.

They were very helpful from the very beginning all the way to the end. I was a little upset to hear that the final offer was almost half of the original offer but tbh it wasn't they're fault at all. It's just what the piece I sent ended up being worth in the long run I guess and I'm sure it didn't help that just my luck the price of gold dropped significantly. If I had gotten the piece off in time like I had planned ,who knows I may have gotten a lil more but anyways, I was very satisfied with the way they work,from helping me send the jewelry out, to sending me videos of them unboxing it and we're very respectful to the end ! Each and every team member that works there! Thank u guys very much I really appreciate it!!

Unvault is Real! They paid almost double what I was previously offered by other buyers. They are a very professional and responsive team. No issues. No worries. A very interesting experience. I was paid within a week of shipping my jewelry to them. They told me what everything was valued at and I sold 4 items and they shipped back the 2 items that I wished to keep. No pressure ever, just a great way to sell jewelry while getting a fair price!

Not sure how this company is highly rated. They are a complete scam. I have to get lawyers involved. They are refusing to send back my $9000 worth of jewelry

The Unvault process is easy as an Amazon return. My jewelry item was worth more than I expected.

I have never tried to sell anything online, and was hesitant to send jewelry by mail, but the process was SO EASY and I literally had money in my account 5 days after sending. The valuation was accurate and the platform fee is fair; this was just money sitting in my closet from single earrings and broken chains that I had not worn in years. I have already sent a second set for valuation and I would encourage others to do the same. Incredibly prompt, responsive and I can see how they have earned their BBB rating!
