Broken service

Broken service, broken promises. Got as a skype replacement, it stopped working. Need to find something else, trying to get money back from this joke company with no support.

Worth the money!

I've been using UpCentral for several months (since mid-January) and, while the interface isn't the flashiest, the service and customer service has been exceptional! And the price is unbelievable!

The setup was smooth, the features are easy to use, and support has been helpful. Would love to see a few more advanced options in the future, but overall, very satisfied!

There is most definitely on Facebook a page with a "Follow," option by the name of UpCentral Store with the UpCentral Logo promoting a VitaDrink Juicer for the price of $29.99 with thousands of views and comments saying they've ordered and love their Juicer. When you click on the UpCentral Store Logo it takes you to a shopping website all by the name UpStore. It also says "Grab Yours Now with the logo and upcentralstore.com The guy has dreadlocks and demonstrates the Juicer and how to use it. I shared it on my FB page at ENDTIMES. The negative comment you responded to with taking legal action is not a false review. ...REPLY to UpCentral's response: Please read my comment in its entirety as I stated it has YOUR Logo. Maybe you should go to the post on FB and check it out for yourself.

They’ve caused ongoing confusion by using a similar name, and despite us sending them a cease and desist (we hold a registered trademark for “UpCentral”), they continue to operate under that misleading branding.

We need an actual hold button and also when you are on a call you cannot leave the interface and you cannot do anything like checking the call logs to check the phone number if they called before unless the call is done, you also need to have a separate dialer from your dashboard😆 dashboard is a dashboard dialer is a dialer.. other than that its great...

I was very impressed with how…

I was very impressed with how UpCentral.io responded to an issue one of my cell phones had with not ringing through. Within a few hours, they had an update pushed up to Play Store and sure enough it fixed the problem. We needed a very easy and "simple to setup" phone system for an emergency call bank in the event our main phone system failed. Everything worked on our live tests just the way we were hoping. It is great knowing we have a working system in the event we need to operate in an emergency.
