Based on the details you’ve provided, it appears this may be related to a previous inquiry from an individual named Ahmed, with whom we exchanged quotes but did not reach a service agreement.
We are genuinely puzzled by the accusation that our reviews are “fake and piloted.” We take such claims seriously, as they not only misrepresent our business but also undermine the trust we work hard to build with our clients. Our reviews come from real travelers who have experienced our services firsthand, and we welcome all honest feedback—whether it highlights areas of excellence or points out where we can improve.
If your intention was to express dissatisfaction with the quoting process, we respect that. However, suggesting that our entire review history is fabricated feels unfair and unfounded. We operate transparently, and our goal is always to provide clear communication and quality service to every potential guest.

We understand that pricing plays a significant role in travel decisions, and unfortunately, due to the nature of our supplier contracts and the quality standards we uphold, we were unable to match the offer you received from another company. Our intention was never to pressure or upsell, but rather to present options that we believed would enhance your experience. If any part of our communication came across differently, we sincerely apologize.
Regarding your request for a discount, we strive to be transparent and fair in our pricing. While we couldn’t accommodate the reduction, our response “If you received a better offer, we recommend proceeding with it” was meant respectfully and with your best interest in mind.
We’re disappointed to hear that our interaction felt unfriendly or unprofessional. That is not the standard we aim for, and we will take your feedback seriously to improve our communication and service moving forward.

To clarify, our company was solely responsible for providing the vehicle for your safari, as arranged through your contact person. We were not involved in organizing accommodations, lodges, or other aspects of the trip beyond the park fees, which were paid to us for remittance to the relevant authorities.
Regarding the refund, we reimbursed the unused park fees to your contact person. However, as per our standard policy, vehicle hire fees are non-refundable, as the vehicle was exclusively reserved for your use during the specified period, making it unavailable for other bookings.
We regret any misunderstanding and assure you that we operate with transparency and integrity. If there are any further concerns, we are happy to provide additional clarification.

Thank you for sharing your experience. We sincerely regret that your trip did not go as planned and that your wife fell ill during your safari. We understand that unexpected circumstances can be frustrating, and we appreciate the time you took to express your concerns.
We would like to clarify that our company was solely responsible for providing the vehicle for your safari, as agreed upon with the Contact Person who arranged the entire trip. Our role did not extend to organizing accommodations, lodges, or other payments beyond park fees, which were remitted to us for processing with the relevant authorities.
Regarding your refund concerns, We reimbursed the unused park fees to your contact person, despite the fact that the full amount we initially remitted for park fees has yet to be utilized. However, as per our standard policies, vehicle hire fees are not subject to refund, particularly since the vehicle was utilized for three days. We acknowledge the unfortunate circumstances that led to your trip’s interruption, and we regret that this policy may not have met your expectations.
Transparency and fairness are values we uphold in all our operations, and we always strive to ensure clear communication regarding our service terms. We regret any misunderstanding that may have occurred and appreciate the opportunity to clarify our role in your safari experience.
