A brilliant job at an amazing price.. Jason at UpdateVHS was very helpful right from the start. He constantly kept in touch by email informing me what I needed to do, answering my many questions, letting me know when the old videos were received and how long the job would take, and then again when they were completed and back into the post to myself. I actually had made a mistake asking for the wrong section on one of the videos and he very kindly offered to send the correct section to me by cloud.

I am absolutely delighted with the service received- conversion of my camcorder tapes ( miniDVD and video8) to digital files. I phoned up first, in spite of the good reviews, as I was a bit anxious-especially as they were cheaper than other firms. There had to be a catch. There are no catches! Jason was very polite and helpful on the phone and in emails.Any emails were replied to promptly. Digital files came on a good quality memory stick and all worked. Delivery was recorded delivery with the post office.
