Super nice staff. Equipment arrived on time and when I went to setup the equipment I was able to call the company and speak with a live person!! They were able to help me with a quick question and that made setting up the equipment super easy!! They were so nice and responsive!! The lights completed the event and set the mood for everyone! Everyone absolutely loved the lights. These are worth the money!! Our event was New Year's Eve. The staff were great to work with on shipping the lights back. I cannot say enough about how awesome this company was to work with and we loved the lights.

First time user. I ordered 20. It can look intimidating. It’s NOT. Took a minute to figure out how to program the color but after that it was easy. Set up, break down was a breeze. I was worried about getting them in time but they promised…and delivered! Thank you. Returns were easy too. Repacking was no problem. We will DEFINITELY use this company next year!

Uplight made it super easy and affordable to rent lights for our wedding. The customer service team was very responsive to questions about the best date to schedule our booking to make sure we got the lights in time for the event and getting extra extension cords. The lights were also perfect for our needs. We had a 30'x50' tent that we lit with 8 strands of globe string lights, and the brightness was perfect! The lights arrived on time and the return was also very easy. The only issue we had was that zip ties were not included in the box so we had to run out and get zip ties at the last minute, but that was minor to us compared to the overall experience.

Hosted a big wedding for my daughter. The hotel wanted thousands of dollars for up lights. Having previously owned a sound and lighting company I know that anyone can put out up lights. I found Uplight Rental and it was easy and professional. Up lights are dramatic in that lighting can turn any room from boring to intriguing. The lights looked great as we set the color of the lights to accent the color theme. No power cords or DMX controllers all battery operated. This gives you flexibility in placing them and makes it so easy. They saved me a ton of money and it looked great.

The lights came perfectly on time, perfectly packed. Communication was great and they even waived my late fees when I was a little late sending them back after my wedding. Great experience!

Renting the uplights was easy. Shipped right to me. Easy to set up. Lucas made the whole process very easy. Preset the lights and then I just had to ship back with the label he provided. Would highly recommend.
