I bought one of their long T-shirt in navy colour about a year ago from one of the big online clothing retailers. My husband wears it as a PJ top and still, to this day, it dyes our white bed sheet blue, just by sleeping on it! It has gone thru so many washes, but it discolours it and it is absolutely awful. I will NEVER ever buy their clothes ever again.

Only recently found uptheir and boy what have I missed. Being a trim 6foot 9in 18 and a half stone i found getting "tall" clothing a problem. Many of the other sites offer big and tall and not just tall. Recently purchased some polo's from another site labeled xlt, long for sure but chest claim of 48 turns into 56. Not happy.
Bought 1 polo to check sizes from uptheir at xlt (48 chest) and what a smashing fit, long in the body and won't untuck, great chest sizing and decent qualtity.
Have now ordered 7 more in different makes and colours from them and every one is true to size.
Also purchased some jeans which when they arrived were not my style. Free return and refund in 2 days means I will buy with confidence again for sure.

I've always have a great experience with Uptheir Clothing. The selection for us 'fluffy dudes' is always a great and I'm guaranteed to find something stylish :)

SCAM avoid at all costs.
Ive raised a section 75 claim via my credit card as they will not give me a refund of £180 on my returned clothes.Proof provided to them. Claimed it was lost and they will only offer a refund when they get the refund.Now they claim to have been taken over by other company so they will not refund.

I ordered a hoodie with 48 hour delivery through Large and Tall. It went through Paypal as UPTHEIR. It has never come and Large and Tall does not respond to any emails other than to say they will be in contact within 72 hours but of course they don't. Large and Tall apparently does not exist, phone number is not recognised. UPTHEIR does not respond and their phone goes to voicemail but the mailbox if full so you can not leave a message.

Two orders placed 28 November on supposedly 48hr tracked delivery.
Radio silence since.
Escalated to vendor, again radio silence.
Poor service, poor delivery, won't be back anytime soon...

I placed 2 orders, One order was with Uptheir.co.uk and the other order was with Big Matts.co.uk. The first order was just over £100 for a jacket, smart shirt and a hoodie, the second order was for 3 extra long ties. Both orders were supposed to be delivered by Royal Mail so I was surprised to receive an email from Evri saying my order from Big Clothing 4 U was going to be delivered seeing as I hadn't ordered anything from them. The delivery was late morning and the proof of delivery photo shows a reused box left on front door step in full view of any passers by. My partner got home from work at 6pm and I got home from work after 9pm. The parcel wasn't there when my partner got home. I searched all of Evri's normal dumping locations and asked my neighbours. NO PARCEL. I asked Big Clothing 4 U what my order had been from the parcel tracking number and it was all the items from the 2 orders combined. I have emailed and telephoned both vendors I ordered from and Big Clothing 4 U who sent the parcel. None of the companies answer the phone, and the email says it will take up to 28 days for an investigation by Evri. When parcels have gone missing that I have ordered from other companies who used Evri. I have been sent replacements or given a refund within 24Hours of my complaint. It is NOW 7 DAYS since package went missing and there has been no restitution.
