Ordered from them Multiple times and never had issues. Kept me in the loop and has been super transparent with the shipping delays, so I am not worried at all. Super trustworthy brand, and the clothing is incredibly high quality. Could not recommend the brand more.
Ordered a sweater my son asked for for Christmas on Nov.12.2025- now 4 mths later still haven't received it. Asked why multiple times kept getting a - it will ship soon bs reply. Then asked for a refund which was told, yes, we do refunds on Weds so will get next Wed - not shocked it never happened. After my review - I immediately received an email with the refund info and clarification that I ordered a pre ordered that was to ship end of Dec. like that’s a great reason it’s not their fault ?? It still hasn’t shipped 3 months later… no updates. If there’s supposed transport issues from TO to Van? Why does. Everything else move/ship/deliver no problem.? If you can’t fulfil orders you should not take them.
I order the black knit last April and it has been my go to sweater since. The quality is amazing and I’ve actually gotten multiple compliments when wearing it. I just order a navy knit in January and I can’t wait to receive it!
Knew that shipping would take a while due to the fact that it was through pre order but the quality did NOT disappoint when it came in. The mega sweatsuit is by far my favourite piece from uptus I wear it all the time. I order other items from the site (not through pre order) and shipping wasn’t an issue.
I purchased two knit items, one in October and another in November, and neither of them has arrived.
Their Instagram keeps sending generic “production and shipping updates,” but the delivery deadlines advertised on the site were long exceeded.
I contacted them by email to request a refund, but after reading many similar reviews from other customers, I honestly do not expect any response.
Very disappointing experience. This is a scam. Do not recommend.

Your knit orders from October and November were part of our preorder releases. Production has been completed however, the shipments were impacted by unexpected manufacturing and international logistics delays, including extended customs clearance timelines. These factors unfortunately pushed fulfillment beyond our originally projected delivery windows.
Throughout this process, we’ve sent email updates to all customers who opted in for updates at checkout, and we’ve created a live preorder update page on our website outlining production status and shipment progress. Our intention has always been to remain transparent, even when timelines shifted due to circumstances outside of our control.
We also want to be very clear that Uptus Studios is not a scam, and we have fulfilled thousands of orders globally. Delays, while regrettable, do not reflect a lack of intention to deliver.

I ordered to knits for my son for Christmas on December 4th and I have still not received anything. I got an email immediately thanking me for the order - and saying that they would get it ready to be shipped. And then...nothing.
They only have a support email address and I have been writing them, but with no response.
I will not recommend buying from them. Should've checked Trustpilot, as I can see, that others have dealt with the same problem.
