Always goes beyond for excellence in cust service

Always arriving late, and sometimes not showing up at all. There were days I'd take work off and be waiting and Dmitri never even came. He would often not respond to my messages or calls, and took 3 months to do a job that he told me would take 1 month. This was all after I had paid for the major costs upfront, so could not switch to a different window installation company. Would not recommend. The product is great, but the time and stress it all took wasn't worth it. Look for someone more reliable

Adelaide, SA. Installer Dmitry. The windows and door are making a huge difference to the noise and temperature of my upstairs bedroom. I could not be happier with how they work and look. The service was a bit frustrating at times, with communication very technical about the job, but lacking the details I needed as a customer to know, such as clear length of time to do job (would tell me he has a job in the morning or a list of things he needed to do, but no indication of how long that would take and assume I could work that out), dates (date but no month) and explanation about the glass and frames coming separately. He also asked for 2 days to install over a weekend then came very late in the day. This pattern continued until I had to be quite firm, as it meant I had a tradie in my house many nights doing a few hours until the evening and driving the neighbours nuts with the constant banging. He could have also communicated about the smell it would leave as he knew I had to sleep in the bedroom. On the final day I asked him to leave the windows open as I'd had to sleep in my child's bedroom the night before and he responded with no problems and I got home to it fully closed. The tile brick ledge under my exterior side of window all fell off, which he fixed, however he fixed with a very unusual method of silicon back on which looks very odd. The windows are fantastic, but be aware that the delivery of your windows will be worked with other jobs, which changed for me multiple times, you'll need to store them in your house until he has time to install, you may be asked to lift them, specify if you physically can't, it is frustrating as he is working your job around others, despite giving a whole weekend moved out as he doesn't come early when he says he will and communication will be frequent and frustrating. But windows are amazing.

Dmitry was great. The job we had was for one window only in our building of 499 rooms. We could not even get any other grazier to come and have a look at the broken window. Dmitry came to measure and then had to order the glass and then came again to fit and replace the glass.

Dimitry helped resolve our broken deadlock problem over the phone and sending us the proper replacement.
He was patient and anticipated our issues regarding the task of changing the lock to the new one

Dmitry provided a high level of personal guidance and follow up support in selecting and then transporting my windows. For some constructive criticism, I did find the website a little busy and hard to navigate for an old fella.

Standard silver guns are terrible. Mine was full of metal shavings. When contacting dmitry he just said “would you have paid extra for a better foam gun though?” Instead of offering to replace and contacting his supplier like a regular seller would do. The insulation foam is also pretty garbage, barely adhered and would roll off the timber sub floor I was trying to insulate. Timber sub floor also Moisture tested perfect so that was not the issue. The adhesion of the product is no good.

Customer service was okay, penosil foam and standard spray gun both garbage. Wish I never wasted my money.

Keyed window handles for "turn and tilt" windows are hard to find in Australia.
While searching the internet for mail order suppliers overseas I found uPVC, an Adelaide based company, that had exactly what I needed.
After placing the order I received the window handles much faster than expected within a few days.
