The checkout experience was terrible… after checking out a further invoice was submitted by the company to permit delivery. After noting this is not acceptable business practice in Australia and likens such operators to scammers in feedback the owner made derogatory remarks about the writer. Furthermore it took a week for the products to be despatched.

As always a great service, quality products and quick delivery.

2 things that really annoyed me ...
firstly the items were small and cost $7.00 ..price is fine ..
but they charged me $12.50 shipping ...I received the parcel and it has postage stamps for $3.00 ..
You can purchase small item xpress post packs for $3.50 up to $6.50 approximately ...i use them .
Secondly it took 9 days to get the item ..it came from NSW to Qld ...i get stuff from china quicker .....I am not talking about temu or otherwise for buying products these products I am saying product comes faster from over seas than local.
I bought spray foam from another company in Vic ...
Soudal to be clear $10 shipping for a carton of 12 and $40 cheaper for the same product ...what can I say
If there are other processing costs state it in your charges ...I have been in business 40 years and our products have the labour costs already build in ...big profit in justifying extra costs as your own handling ..yet this other Australian company beat you hands down even with their internal handling costs hmmm...justify it any way you want to ...its just price gouging

What a legend. Always finds something obscure that no one else can. He also hand delivered product. You just don’t find service like this anymore

Terrific !!! Dimitri ("Mr UPVC") advised with great knowelege/ experience then supplied supplied & installed a 3 panel bi-fold UPVC door and 3 awning windows (all eith extra heat & sound protection glass) for me during the period 2023-2025. Communication and advice was prompt, thoughtful & considered....providing a great solution & product.
After sales service has been excellent ...so much so, that I've now had Dimitri back on site to quote & supply Flyscreens for the same doors & others in my Apartment.
