Herbs arrived extremely well packaged so no damage to them at all in transit. Compost still damp and all looked very healthy and larger than expected. The bees were on the thyme flowers before I’d even removed them from their boxes. Thank you!

Do not recommend. 3 plants were dead within a week of arriving, 1 purple sage, 1 roman chamomiles and 1 spicy thyme. They did not even go pass the climatise stage, will not buy from this retailer again.

My order was delivered quickly & I’m very pleased with the herbs I received. They were well packaged & are strong & healthy. The smell when I opened the box was just beautiful. I have been looking for trailing Rosemary for a while & Urban Herbs have it. I will definitely be recommending to friends & family & be using the company again.

Great healthy, beautiful herbs. Very carefully packed. The one time I had a problem with an order (due to rough handling of a package by the courier), customer services were very quick and helpful in resolving the issue.

This is a small concern with a big heart full of so many beautiful and healthy herb plants.
I can advise them to be the best company I have found for the best, healthiest, biggest and most unusual choices of herbs, quick delivery, packed securely and well protected.

This was my first time ordering from Urban Herbs, and unfortunately I’m extremely disappointed with the experience.

I ordered 15 plants in total. Of those, at least seven arrived in such poor condition that they completely withered and I was unable to recover them. I managed to bring another two back, but even some of the plants that initially appeared to survive have since started deteriorating.

I’ve been growing herbs for a long time and regularly buy plants from a number of different suppliers. I decided to try Urban Herbs simply to add a little more variety to my collection, so I was particularly disappointed by the overall quality of this order.

Losing such a large proportion of a 15-plant order is simply not acceptable. Based on this experience, I won’t be ordering from Urban Herbs again.

Super herbs arrived in excellent packaging. Was lovely opening up the box and the smell of fresh herbs. Can now have my green tea with fresh Moroccan mint. Thanks guys!

I bought 3 each of the chocolate mint and the strawberry mint.
As warned when the arrived the soil was a little dishevelled but the plants themselves were in great condition.
I potted them on into 2 terracotta pots and they are thriving.
The smells from both are absolutely divine.
I will be adding to my collection at some point.

The herbs I ordered last year (thyme, marjoram, sage) have provided flavour and now in flower the bees just love them. Ordered a collection for my daughter in Dorset and they are thriving having arrived, like mine, in superb condition. Now I've got more thyme, lavenders and sage to join my plants. Arrived securely packaged and sturdy even though the delivery people had knocked the box about (what don't they understand about 'fragile'?). Such glorious quality plants ready to thrive. Urban Herbs are top quality and Five Star +.

I love the range of herbs on offer and especially the unusual ones. My order was well packed and the plants are very healthy. Excited to have a Samphire plant! We used to buy this in a well known supermarket. I will be buying a few more plants before the autumn.

The product is quality, the packaging is perfect, the delivery swift All of the herbs I have bought are still doing well despite the heat.
I asked for advice it was very quickly given. There is not much else you need from a company and their product except affordability and yes the prices are perfect too

I have just recieved my order from you and I have to say Im not impressed please see photos attached by the time I have taken off the broken stems and leaves there wont be much left of the plants the packaging was terrible most were out of their pots and upside down the packaging did not keep them upright or stop them from moving around .
I can honestly say they were not worth the money I am so disappointed 😕
To be fair to the company after I emailed them they apologised and offered a refund which I have accepted for the plants that were damaged so fair play .

I have ordered a few times from Urban Herbs. The deliveries are always swift, reliable and the plants arrive in good condition. The majority of mine have thrived (and as a novice gardener I take that as a win!)
In addition to me having a wonderful variety of herbs to add to food and drinks, they are keeping the pollinators in my garden very happy and the Blackcurrant Sage plant recently attracted a hummingbird hawk moth which was a wonderful experience as I had never seen one other than in photos.
Will definitely order again and highly recommend this company.
