I recently placed my first order with this company, my herbs arrived promptly and look really healthy, they were packaged securely with no spillages or breakages and even more impressive,no plastic used whatsoever ive just placed my second order!! Can't recommend highly enough.

My experience with Urban Herbs was superb. My purchase of a specialist mixed herb collection along with alpine strawberries was divided for delivery in order to make sense of availability. Everything was in great condition in secure cardboard sleeves and the company keeps you in touch with everything as it happens.

Nothing but praise for Urban Herbs and delighted to recommend them!

The herbs arrived promptly and in excellent condition. The website is really good, lots of information and I purchased some more unusual ones based on the website.
I also bought the herb book, which is excellent so much useful information, tips and ideas. I will be making another purchase VERY soon.

Second order arrived today from Urban Herbs and lovely and fresh I’m impressed with the quality of the herbs too. One complaint I do have is the packaged box arrived and the plants were all turned over and the plants did not have the little pot names in them they were just lying loose in the box but luckily my husband knew which ones were which

Plants arrived today. They are very healthy and packaged really well. They have a very interesting list of some of the more unusual herbs. I will certainly buy from this company again.

I was hugely impressed at the variety of herbs, but also unusual herbs, some of which I'd never heard of. I placed an order, and I received well established, healthy plants, within a few days of placing my order. I have enjoyed experimenting with these new herbs in the kitchen, and also incorporating them into our sensory garden, for my son (who has multiple disabilities) to experience. The herbs are fantastic value for money. Most of the plants have survived the Winter, and we are once again able to enjoy them. New herb varieties have been added, so there is always something new to try. I would highly recommend.

I have been delighted with all the herbs from Urban Herbs. They arrive promptly and beautifully packed. The plants are all in excellent condition, well rooted and growing strongly. I ordered a selection of Hardy Herbs in autumn 2025 and 7 months later all of them are growing strongly and several I have been taking cuttings from to spread around my herb garden. I highly recommend this lovely company for their quality and value and their sheer joy of spreading herbs. My bees and I are thrilled 😁

I struggle with a brain injury and wanted herbs in my garden I can smell. They came secure and were really grown well. I am so excited 😊 for my lovely new herb garden.

It’s the second time I’ve dealt with Urban Herbs. My first order came quickly and was packed well and the plants were a really good quality and are still growing today nearly 3 years later. Second order in so I’m hoping for the same quality.

I was honestly shocked by how many varieties they have and was amazed by the value for money. They arrived promptly and were packaged very well. Having ordered some rather poor and stringy plants on line before I was very pleasantly surprised and impressed by how healthy they were and there size. All herbs are flourishing and the Alpine strawberry plants are already flowering. Will always go back to Urban herbs in future.

I ordered 10 red creeping thyme and received an additional plant ( mint) thank you 😊 All plants were well packaged and arrived safely. Price was great and quickly , I would recommend and will definitely use again. 😊😊

Lovely family firm, always responsive and offers advice. A growing menu of herbs that you won’t find anywhere else. Who knew Basil Mint existed ? Their service is top notch, herbs are packed carefully and arrive quickly in excellent condition. I will continue to use them but will need a bigger garden !!

This is the second year I have purchased from Urban Herbs and I have found them to be excellent, both in the quality of the herbs and the speed and care of delivery. Their range includes some brilliant unusual varieties - I absolutely love last year’s Vietnamese Coriander and the Lemon Verbena for aroma and use in lemon drizzle cakes. I did my best over winter and many herbs survived; I’ve just stocked up ready for this year and the plants have arrived in great condition and looking raring to go. Very happy to recommend this company.

Dishonest statements about free delivery and even when I raised this with them, they made no acknowledgement to change their website!

I selected my purchases AND entered a discount code and the same page then stated that I qualified for free delivery. However, when I completed the transaction, they had added the delivery cost on top, despite the free delivery statement.

I emailed them, they said that the discount code had reduced the amount to under the free delivery threshold, but their page still displayed the free delivery statement. They gave no acknowledgement of the web page error or having it corrected and instead simply refunded my order.

It is difficult to interpret this as anything other than wilful deceit and a conscious decision to continue misleading customers. Disgracefully misleading and dishonest behaviour.

Excellent company to deal with. Easy to order plants on line, great deal on price. Swift delivery of well packed plants. The plants were beautiful and healthy with an extra thrown in. What an absolute pleasure to do business with this company. Would highly recommend and will certainly be buying more plants from them in the future.

Lovely collection of herbs. Unfortunately, you use DHL which do a doorstep dump without ringing the doorbell. Thankfully we were at home. I would suggest you change your courier!
