Love it! Finally, a brand that gets quality, fit and style right.

Standout quality is what I found with Urbanheer. I'm someone who really cares about quality and the little details, and you can tell right away they've put thought into both.
I got a gym wear. The materials used, the fit and the overall finish - it all felt coming together really well. What I love most is how it looks on me. It fits right, feels great with a perfect stretch. I also appreciate the versatility. I can wear it casually or during the workouts. But beyond the product itself, the overall experience has been great. The collection feels curated - not overwhelming. I can see myself coming back often just to see what's new. I like the new spring and summer styles. I even ended up downloading the app to keep myself up to date. I am excited to order a lot more from this experience from their upcoming collections. They are very reachable over phone or email or in person.
If you're someone who values quality., fit and attention to detail, Urbanheer is definitely worth it. It's so refreshing to have them around from what's out there right now.

After negative reciew got response from customerservice received a label. So went from 1 to 3 stars

i purchased a pair of pants that are lable 42 however the waist only measures 32. I love the look of the pants but cant wear them. I have been trying to return them for a week and it is virtually impossible to do so. Unlike most on line retailers there is no way to get a return tag. I wrote customer service a week ago and no answer . Tried to call one number has no "mail box set up" another number one has to leave a message ...If it is as bad as the e mail the return date will expire before they call me back. Also they charge for returning items which is wrong if the wrong size is shipped to you.

Urbaneer a great company to shop!

I found this company when I saw a beautiful floral embroidered jacket on an online live. I looked up the jacket and found this great company! I also found the blue floral jacket I saw on that live and also a black floral jacket as well. I decided to buy both! I got the black jacket first but it was to restrictive in my arms I followed procedure on how to return it and I did for a larger size. I received the jacket last week and it fits wonderful. I am glad I returned it for a larger size. I did order the blue floral jacket as well in a size extra large after I received the first black one. It was a beautiful floral ice blue and I was very excited about that one that was the one I wanted the most it was so pretty not loud very delicate. I placed my order and I got a confirmation that said it was getting ready to ship out and it gave me the dates when I should expect the jacket well weeks past and the jacket never came. I just realized when I got my extra large black jacket last week that I never did receive the beautiful ice blue floral embroidered jacket and I needed to know what happened to it so I sent an inquiry to the company Urbanheer. Today I received a phone call a call on a number that I didn’t know I missed the call. But instead they left a message. They were very kind and said that it was about my beautiful Blue embroidered jacket that I should call the number and they will explain what happened to the jacket. I spoke to a woman named AVI. She was very sweet and kind and explained that they did not have enough inventory and too many orders so that’s what happened with my beautiful blue jacket that I never got they did not have enough inventory to fill my order and the one jacket that they did have had a tear in it and was damaged and they could not send that out.I was told that I can pick any other jacket that I wanted and I went on the website to look, there was not much to pick from if you like black there are plenty of black jackets, but any other color basically was only one or two I did finally pick one it is pretty. It’s part denim with a little white and it does have like a blush color, sheer arms, and panels with the bright flowers it was very pretty. I liked it, but I wanted my pretty blue one that did not come. I can’t get that jacket out of my mind. That is the one I wanted the most and they said they don’t know if they will restock they are trying their best, but don’t know if it will ever restock so I am a little disappointed about that. Actually I was very upset about that. I didn’t say anything to AVI about it, but I’ve been having a very bad week and when I finished my phone call from her today it made me breakdown because I really wanted that jacket and was hoping and praying it would come so I could have it for Spring. It’s a beautiful show piece but that will not happen because I had to pick a different jacket. I’m satisfied but not as satisfied as I was with the blue jacket. I was told that if that blue, beautiful floral embroidered jacket in the ice blue ever comes back in stock I really hope they would think of me and let me know that it came in so if I want to purchase it I can and I would love that! That is the jacket that I so much wanted so it’s quite disappointing when you don’t get what you ordered and have to pick something and settle for something that you really are not as excited about I could have gotten my money back as well but I chose a different jacket. Hopefully they will get those ice blue jackets and I think they should send it to me for free for all the trouble that I have been through and all the months I had to wait for it. I placed that order in early February and I am just learning about it now that I was not going to ever get it because they don’t have any more in stock so I was quite disappointed that they waited this long to let me know about the jacket that I really wanted. I wish it were a different jacket, not the one I fell in love with hopefully it comes back in, they will think of me and send me a jacket in my extra large that would be amazing but anyway, I would like to say some good things about the company. I found the company. They were great to order from except for that little thing with the blue jacket besides that which really was not their fault. It was just inventory problems, but when I received my other jacket, it came in this cute little box and my husband handed it to me and I opened it and it was so beautifully wrapped with tissue paper and a little sticker and it had such nice little papers in it thanking me for purchasing to me when a company does that it really warms my heart because it makes me feel that they care about my business. They could throw it in a bag and just send it to you but instead they took the time to gift wrap it and say thank you for shopping with us. That means a lot to a customer like me. I absolutely adore when they do this that says a lot about that company they are great! They care and will always help you! 😊

Excellent Quality & Great Value

I recently purchased one of their athleisure tops and its become a staple in my wardrobe. The quality truly stands out. The fabric is incredibly soft, breathable, and has perfect stretch while holding its shape. It fits me well and has a flattering, clean silhouette that works just as well for workouts as it does for casual everyday wear.

I visited there studio, and the experience was just impressive. The team is kind, welcoming and very professional. I downloaded the App before purchasing and received 15% off my first order, which made my overall value even better.
Between the smooth purchase experience and high quality product, I am a very happy customer. Definitely I am planning to ordering again soon.

Not reputable!!

I ordered the sweater and my credit card was charged immediately. Two months later, I still never received the sweater. Complaint was served with my credit card company for refund.

Excellent service recovery after initial delay

After an initial challenge with contacting the company about my order delay, I received a call today from Sam and he could not have been more responsive. I received many offers to make up for the delay. It sounds like they have or will fix their response time to customers in the future and I believe they are truly committed to providing a great customer experience. Once the item is received I may come back and up my rating to 5 star!

I love the dress!

Customer friendly experience and high quality designs

Our family had a very customer friendly experience at the Urbanheer studio. We were welcomed with a warm greeting followed by a walkthrough of the studio to familiarize us with the layout. The shopping experience had the right balance of the experts giving us the space to select the designs by ourselves while still advising us on the latest trends and what will look good on us. The layout of the store was absolutely clutter-free and well-designed. We ended up buying articles for myself, my wife and son for our vacation to Singapore. Overall, we were happy with the quality and design of the articles and the overall shopping experience. Definitely will come back for more.

Same day shopping experience

Same day shopping experience - I first saw the men's Tshirt online and then came in person to pick it up. What impressed me most was that it was already prepared and ready, making the purchase and pick up smooth and quick. This kind of service is game changing for me as I am a impulse shopper. Also, seeing the latest collection in store was even better. The fabric quality, fit and finish was better than my expectations. For the price it was really a great deal. It feels luxury and durable. The fast, smooth and immediate availability made my day and felt efficient and professional. No waiting, no uncertainty - they delivered not just a good product fast but also a nice personalized experience.

I placed an order for an emerald green…

I placed an order for an emerald green dress January 6 it is now January 10 and my order hasn’t even been confirmed even though I paid for the one to two day shipping. I’ve contacted their email address multiple times and I have been ignored with no response. They have no phone number and they will say they reached out multiple times, but they have not. I don’t know what kind of scam you’re pulling, but this does not look good for your company..

Exquisite Parka and Excellent Customer Service

I purchased the Women's parka HOLLYWOOD Azul Tinta. They had a terrific Black Friday sale. The quality of the jacket is top notch. The seams, the zippers, the cuffs, the fit of the jacket, the hood (soft fur). The color was a beautiful, soft classy navy. The lining of the coat was very good quality with good stitching. The jacket is very warm. I started to get nervous about the timing of the delivery so I sent an email. I got a personal phone call within a few hours! Outstanding customer service. Once it cleared customs, I did get regular text updates. And it was delivered when it said it would be. So happy with my purchase and Urbanheer.

Great product, long wait to receive

UPDATE:
The sweater came on Dec 30. It is beautiful and the price was very reasonable. I received a call from Urbanheer apologizing for the delay in delivery. He assured me this wasn't typical.
Original review: I ordered a sweater on Dec 3. It is now December 29 and it's still 3 states away. Tracking info didn't update for days at a time. The package wasn't even dropped off at UPS until Dec 19. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because the sweater I wanted was very hard to find and they had it for a good price. I will update review when I actually receive the item (if I ever do)

Latest styles for the winter season and…

Latest styles for the winter season and quality products. This is my second purchase with them and both times they delivered ahead of time with quality products and branded packaging. Second time I purchased it through the App and it gave me some extra savings. I enjoy shopping new styles and happy to make more purchases.

Quality products and one of my favorite Christmas purchases

I am a very detail-oriented person and I am usually cautious about ordering online - given when it comes to Christmas gift. I had heard about Urbanheer through a friend and decided to place an order for a couple of items for my family - hoping the experience would match my expectations. The shopping experience was smooth. The delivery was faster than expected and arrived in a branded packaging. The products are of high quality with soft materials and attention to details. I must say. I was genuinely impressed.

Cancelled order after more than two weeks - unable to fulfill

Placed an order for a pair of jeans as a Christmas gift in November. Item did not ship for weeks, tried chasing them to find out when it would ship but just got blown off. Finally, more than two weeks after the order was placed and 10 days before Christmas, they cancelled the order saying they were unable to fulfill it. The website says it was a "high risk order" - the same item is for sale on many sites, including Amazon!!!! I would never order from this site again, they are unable to fulfill even basic orders and will wait weeks to let you know.

I told the people about not finding my…

I told the people about not finding my product. They did not care. They didn't even follow up. Awful service and once finding the product it was completely different from the picture. If I could give zero stars I could.

Edit: it was said that it was delivered. Correct! ☺️. It was not delivered to the place the company said. When I reached out I was given nothing back. It takes being personal over robotic.

2nd edit: I was not called. There was no missed calls. I was not responded to by email. This company can say they did this and that (yet didn't), but I'm sitting here fully aware that the communication was awful and basically non existent. I now have an item I will probably never wear that cost me much more than I should've spent.
