Bought a replacement battery for my E20 bike.
Took 3 weeks with evri to be delivered.
Meanwhile the company through whatsapp have answered all my messages, send me tracking number and kept me informed where was the parcel and provided dates for the delivery.
I wasnt sure what to expect but I am totally pleased.

Bought bike from amazon and nothing but problems. Have tried to contact seller about claiming on warranty but have found this impossible. Bought bike in June 2025 and broke in August 2025.

Ordered twice and no delivery 😡😡😡Stay away!!!!

Ordered a belt in early September. Got message to say been despatched late September. Still waiting for it's arrival!!!
Emailed customer service 3 times no acknowledgement or reply.
They have stolen my money and I want it back but no idea what to do about it.

Absolute scam. Happy to take your money and no intention of sending your goods. Purchased some garden lights at £45 at the start of August and the goods still have not arrived. Tracking is not valid and the company do not respond to a single email or chat request. Robbed me of my money and I'm without the goods. Absolute shambolic. Disgusting company. Pure theft.

Ordered what looked to be a beautiful glass sculpture of a wave
What I received was a flat piece of what looked like resin with a white backing Nothing like the picture

A pair of flip flops were ordered on the 13 Aug received 26 Aug. Was unable to track and the standard of goods is poor. Tried to find out where they were coming from with no response. Would not recommend this site. Not good value for the money spent. Learnt the hard way 😔

Scam company - ordered a fused glass sculpture of a wave but received a piece of clear perspex with a sticker of a wave on the back. No customer service - avoid this company like the plague.

I ordered the 5pk of embroidered socks in the attractive sock holder £9.99 then £5 postage I received just the socks in a plastic bag not as advertised in the embroidered holder very disappointing 😑

I wouldn't even give 1 star to this mob, thought I was buying from the UK, but products came from China and were utter crap. DO NIT BUY FROM THEM!!!!!!

Don’t ever use this company! Ordered the ice silk bra on 19 July and after repeated emails the item finally turned up today, 7 October. Really shouldn’t have even bothered to try it on as I could see immediately it wouldn’t fit. Ordered the 4xl which according to their size chart was equivalent to UK size 44E. They have got to be kidding!! If I was a 36 or maybe 38C it may have fitted! Perhaps a 7XL May have been nearer my actual 44E size. Also very shoddy quality. What a waste of money ..... it’s going in the rubbish bin! Never left any sort of review on any company before but this was so bad I just had to.

Received the item and it was shocking quality. I've had the same issues offering 50% refund and to keep the item as I can't return due to covid. First time I've not read reviews, big mistake. Avoid at all cost.
