To say that his company is a joke is an understatement. 1 star is even too much!!!! I am still contacting cheapticketdeal trying to get my refund for a flight that was purchased through them, cancelled via United airlines and United issued the refund to cheapticketdeal for them to issue it to the customer - ME!. They have had my money for OVER 1 YEAR. I purchased my flight in March 2018. Numerous phone calls, numerous emails, different customer service reps (even though they all sound like the same 2 people) The different names i have received when contacting the company 1: Frank Darwin 2: Lizzie Smith 3: Anna Wilson 4: Jamie Wilson (the manager of the billing department apparently) and last but not least, Alvin (i forgot to ask for his last name). I have received promise after promise that they will issue me the refund "you will receive it in your account by the end of the week" "you should see the refund by the end of the day" we will contact the billing department to see where this is at" " the billing department is not open now, call back later" " we will get someone to call you back" etc etc and still NOTHING for over 12 months!!! I will not give up because this is an absolute joke of a way to run a company and they should be stopped!!.

I purchased a round trip flight on 2/18/19 via cheapticketdeal.com. I received confirmation of the booking as well as a United confirmation number. On 2/24/19, I received a phone message that I needed to call about my purchased flight. The agent (named David) called and asked if I would take a red-eye flight on the return leg, even though I had not purchased a red-eye, on purpose. He could not provide a real reason, only indicating that my original return flight was "oversold". I told him that I purchase that ticket and wanted him to honor that originally purchased ticket. He said would work on it and get back to me in 4 hours. After I hung up with David at cheapticketdeals.com, I called United to ask about the original return flight ticket that I had booked through cheapticketdeal.com. United indicated they had room on the return flight, but that it was of course more expensive than the red-eye. This of course I knew because when I purchased the ticket, I could have at that time purchased the red-eye ticket for significantly less. United even has record of the booking of the round trip ticket then cancellation on 2/22/19.
After 7 hours, I called back and David had already left work. The answering agent said she would try to help. I explained that I was calling to see if my ticket was now confirmed. She again asked if I would take the red eye flight and that my flight was not confirmed. This was extremely frustrating to hear. Not only did the prior agent say he would call back in 4 hours with an update not call, now this next agent was trying to get me to take the red-eye which I already said I would not. I again told her that their company needed to honor the ticket that I originally purchased.
I am still waiting. She said she would "try". When I asked her what she meant by "try", she said she forwarded it on to the next team to take care of it.
I've started to look at other tickets now, but of course, prices have jumped significantly.
This company should be investigated for predatory practices. Very frustrating and disappointing service. I hope others can be warned to never use them.

Today they send an email asking if I could send a picture of my credit card!!! Whaaat? In August 2017 I bought 2 tickets for a trip to Punta Cana from JFK Airport in March of 2018 through CheapTicketDeal.com.
January 2018, a CheapTickets.com sales representative called informing me that the flight was cancelled and proposed I fly out of EWR Airport. This was not convenient for me by any means so I declined his suggestion. Feeling uneasy about the conversation I called Delta to confirm and was told that I cancelled my reservation and that their flight was NOT cancelled.
Delta reinstalled my flight.
I called CheapTicketDeal.com back and informed them that I would be flying from JFK as originally booked and paid for. The representative I spoke with got very angry with me, he demanded to know why I called Delta directly and he was borderline insulting me during his rant about me not having the right to contact Delta.
When I arrived to JFK for my scheduled flight I found out that I had a reservation but that CheapTicketDeal.com never paid for my flights even though they charged me in full the same day I booked the flights over 7 months prior. I had to pay Delta right then and there if I wanted to get on the flight. So I ended up paying twice for the same plane tickets – once to CheaptTicketDeal who are supposed to pay Delta and 2nd time to Delta because CheapTicketDeal never forwarded my payment to Delta.
When I returned from my trip I called CheapTicketDeal.com to request a refund since they did not provide any services which I purchased from them. As of May 2018 I have placed numerous calls in to them and have not yet received my refund.
They are a very unprofessional company and very shady in business dealings. I would not recommend them at all. Save your hard-earned money, and your nerves, and just go somewhere else for your tickets. After the horrid experience dealing with them I would sooner swim to Punta Cana then get tickets through CheapTicketDeal.com again. I wish I could give a negative amount of stars.
Scam company!
I booked 5 tickets on line, got a confirmation number and later received an email with not only this website's confirmation, but also United Airlines confirmation number.
In about 10 minutes after that I'm getting a call from them saying that I have to pay additional $300. When I asked to connect me with the manager, the person I talked to cancelled my trip WITHOUT my permission.
Unbelievable!!! to say the least.

Absolutely do not book through here. They significantly overcharged for base fare and then refused to refund me the full amount of my money, so I'm submitted a claim to BBB and filing a dispute with my bank.

I called 3 times and they hanged up on me 2 times. They were not helpful and didn't try to help ! I will NEVER book through them ever again !!
Overcharged credit card and no refund
I would rate them zero stars but there is no option to do so.
We purchased round-trip air-tickets for my family of 3 from this vendor. They charged my credit card two times for the same booking. I have called them 16 times til the time of writing this review. In the very first call, they acknowledged their mistake and said that they will refund the overcharged amount (USD 980). However, first they told me the money will be wired to my US bank account, I gave them my account details. When I followed up, they said they will send a check, then they said they will refund to my credit card used at the time of booking. But no action has been taken yet. In other calls, they keep saying that billing department is not available so they cannot give me right status. There are only two people who return the calls (Sean and Janice), and both are unprofessional. I strongly discourage people to purchase tickets from this company. The savings are not commensurate with the stress you will have.I would rate them zero stars but there is no option to do so.
Highly Rude, Unprofessional Staff
All of the staffs except for supervisors are highly unprofessional. They believe they can talk down on the paying customers. Yes, they do have best deals; however, no one should not be tolerated to be spoken by highly rude staffs. This immigrant lady believe I called her a b**** when I said “I don't understand the f*** you’re saying" because her explanation does not make sense whatsoever and can't understand the words she is saying from raising her voice at me with strong accent. She need to get her fact straight because I know what the heck I said to her. This company is nothing but so much grief. On top of that, their own website is not up-to-date with their current prices; so, they had to cancel my reservation. All they give me a stupid excuses when I know for a fact that other travel agencies’ websites are up to speed with updates. They need to be trained professionally instead of pushing all the paying customers away. I won’t be surprise this company get rated low and lose their investments into this company from low life staff. I will definitely go look into other websites, who are spoken to customers with respect and professionally.
