Shout out to Karlo at Infinity Broadband
I wanted to give a shout out to Karlo at Infinity Broadband Support. I had to change service providers for the fiber we have, and because we are in a rural part of Denton County, we didn't have a lot of options to choose from. We went with Infinity Broadband, and I have to say - Karlo in their support team is exceptional. He was very persistent to find the source of the issue we were having even when it appeared it was was our end, not theirs. He worked the issue with us until it was solved. And yes, it was on our end! He was so polite and considerate - and very helpful!
Open Infra Customer Service is Excellent!
I was recently contacted by Alexander Stern of the Open Infra Customer Service team who asked if I would consider re-starting my fiber internet service which I had discontinued a few months earlier. After chatting with Alexander, I decided to re-instate Open infra's fiber service. I am very pleased with the service which has been up for about a month now.
In addition to the speed of our internet connection, I must highlight the superior customer service that Alexander delivered. He listened to our concerns, came up with a solution and dispatched a local field service team to resolve the issue of where the fiber entered into our home. Blake and his team were professional, efficient and brought a friendly, "can-do" attitude.
Alexander has been on-point with follow-up at every stage of the process.
I am impressed and pleased with the services that Alexander, Blake and the Open Infra team are providing, and I would not hesitate to recommend Open Infra Fiber Service if it is available in your area.

Alexander, with OpenInfra, made a difference. My initial three months with Openinfra were challenging. However, with the help of Alexander's expertise, determination, guidance, and personable approach, the issues were resolved. He, along with the technicians, worked endlessly to find success. They were patient and persistant in creating a solution. Simply stated, Alexander restored my confidence in Openinfra and I am looking forward to productive relationship in the future.

The customer service rep was complete…
The customer service rep was complete and comprehensive and made sure the account and service was properly cancelled. I had tried to cancel previously and the service was NOT cancelled as previously expected. When the service worked it was mostly less than expected (speed)however, too many service outages and disruptions along with previously poor customer service made me have to change my ISP.

Jim, Infinity’s customer service rep, was extremely helpful and efficient. My requests for special accommodations were taken care of before the promised date, and I even received a follow up afterward to make sure everything was as requested.
No complaints so far with OpenInfra’s service and especially with the new internet provider, Jim & Infinity.

Rence in customer service helped me so…
Rence in customer service helped me so much. A couple weeks ago, I called to get a shipping label. Told the agent that I need to have it sent to another email address. Didn't receive the email. Called again and Rence corrected my email address and emailed me a shipping label. She said to ship it today and I won't be charged any fees. I printed out the label and shipped it immediately. It was nice talking to her and she helped me get the package shipped out today.
