One bottle of paint I received had only about one quarter of the paint in it. There was no evidence of a leak during shipping, therefore I have to assume that one bottle of paint was packaged and shipped with only that much paint in the bottle. I have requested that another bottle of paint be shipped to me to replace the nearly empty bottle I received.

Honestly really happy with usags! I haven't had any late deliveries and I frequent their site to window shop all the time now. Really my only issue is their pre-order system. You guys have certain things (HG HY-GOGG for example) available for preorder and without dates for restocks.

I’ll give 5 stars because the sales are awesome however, I don’t like that they raised a few different prices (maybe all of them) but particularly the items I’d already had in my cart and was hyped about buying at 20% off days and hours before the sale lol! I bought them still because they were still cheaper than what I would got them elsewhere, but common why can’t we have the lesser price and get the sale price too.. you guys are gonna make your money! 🙃 otherwise still happy with them, my Gundam kits come well packaged and the turn time is pretty quick generally a few days to receive them after my purchase. Prices are pretty close to original retail if not same price so that’s great too! I was just let down by my total price increasing by $20 before I entered the coupon after the sale had started.
