Only interested in taking your money

Do not book a holiday with this company, they have no interest in taking responsibility . One of our biggest issues was with the car hire, they changed companies after taking our booking to Thrifty (who have bad reviews on line)who were absolutely dreadful. We tried to deal with Usairtours before we left but had no joy from them saying there was nothing they could do. Got to USA was refused the car we had allocated and told we had to pay extra . ( This also happened to other people) After 9 hour journey with tired hungry children in tow they have you over a barrel. After making a complaint usairtours basically say its nothing to do with them. We were assured on several occasions that we had paid for the pool to be heated yet when we got there it wasn't again having to pay more money. We thought we could get all the problems that occurred sorted when we got back, However totally disgusted with their customer service who are placing the blame on us the customer. This was my 3rd time of going to America , I had no problem the previously occasion however it was with a different company. So please be aware if problems do occur this company does not give a dam. Take the time to investigate. As you will look at my previous posts I normally post favourable honest reports, this company has done nothing to make me see them in a positive light

If I could give it zero I would

If I could give it zero I would. I booked a holiday in good faith through Rebecca Halliday at US Airtours which ended up being a disaster due to the accommodation changes made a week before flying. They stick to their ‘it’s in the contract’ and disregard the impact that the changes have on a family. I will never use an agent or book through these again.

Deep South - Amazing Holiday

Had the best time on holiday in the deep south. All the hotels provided were spot on and exactly what id asked for and everything ran smoothly. All the paperwork given was so in depth so i knew where i was going for the next hotel, transfer and train. One of the best holidays ive ever been on and highly recommend to all my friends and family.

Villa infested with rats and cockroaches

Well we didn’t realise when we booked a 2 week holiday to Orlando through hays travel that it would then be arranged through us air tours.
Our problems started as soon as we arrived in tampa (even though we booked over 12 months before couldn’t get a flight into Orlando) we turned up at dollar car hire only to be told that their were no 12 seater minibuses available and after over an hour were given 2 smaller cars.
After arriving at our villa we arranged for a home delivery of groceries for the next day. That evening we left our bread by the cooker ready for the next day but we’re awoken by ab infestation of rats…. Yes rats.
There were rats and cockroaches. They confirmed that they do have issues with their villas and it’s to be expected. Really! I didn’t expect it.
Avoid this company. They never apologised and said they did send the rat catchers in when we reported it.

I’m truly sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the holiday we provided. We aim to support our guests at all times, and our team is available 24/7 to assist with any concerns. As soon as you contacted us to report that you suspected there was a rodent in the villa, we arranged for this to be addressed immediately.
While it is quite common to see bugs and insects in tropical climates, reports of rodents are extremely rare. As a general precaution, we do advise all guests not to leave food out, as this can attract local wildlife
We were not informed of any issues with the vehicles, if you would any further assistance regarding this mater, please do not hesitate to contact me

Do not use this company

Do not use this company. They do not pay out commissions when they are due. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. They work closely with Inteletravel who are the biggest scam company out there. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM

Dominican Republic

Recently returned from an 11 night holiday in the Dominican Republic. We couldn't decide which area to stay so were recommended to split the holiday over 2 hotels - one in Punta Cana and the other in La Romana.
We can not fault either hotel, the check in process was quick and easy, the rooms and facilities were spotless and the staff were friendly and helpful.
We absolutely loved both locations and are so happy with the recommendations given to us by the sales agent. We had the best time and will definitely be returning. Thanks USAirtours!

Chicago, Memphis, Nashville & Atlanta

Just got back from an amazing holiday to the USA, we couldn't fault anything. The hotels we stayed at were excellent, the car hire process was very smooth. The booking process was very quick and easy. All the documents we received were clear and very informative. Thank you for making our holiday perfect!

Just back from a family holiday in Portugal, everything very well organised. Personalised service via the transfer company used by USAirtours was excellent and was flexible when plans changed slightly. We've now also booked a cruise next year with them and would highly recommend.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY we had a 14…

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY we had a 14 night stay in a villa in Florida provided by USAirtours from 17th of April - 2nd of May 2025.
Villa was awful, dirty, stained carpets, pillows, floor mats, broken furniture, blocked bath and toilet, faulty air conditioning, dirty outside furniture.
After returning home we put in a complaint with supporting photos to immediately get told how sorry they are but no further action would be taken as we did not immediately report the issue while away on holiday!

Orlando & Gulf of Mexico cruise

Just returned from a 16 night holiday to Orlando and a 7 day cruise around the Gulf of Mexico , and I have to say it was great . The 5 Bedroom villa that was booked was great value for the facilities it had with games room , extra games , a movie theatre room , even a popcorn machine just unfortunately time was against us making the most of these as Disney was calling , having booked tickets the process was simple at the guest relations office and the parks although busy as it was Easter were as per usual fantastic, then after a week of thrills it was off to Miami to board the Norwegian Escape for 7 nights visiting Cozumel , Belize , Costa Maya and Honduras which turned out to be fab , all in all the whole holiday was a great success enjoyed by all , and from the initial booking to returning home the flights , accommodation , carhire , cruise , park tickets was seamless.

Excellent USA Multi Centre Trip

Excellent USA Multi Centre Trip - Booked 2 nights San Francisco- 2 nights los Angeles - 2 nights Las Vegas - Considering we had such a short window, the tailor made flights that were put together ran so smoothly. We even managed to arrange a wedding in Las Vegas- Our once in a lifetime trip made so memorable could not ask for more from start to finish. Already trying to think of our next usa multi trip as this really worked well !

Go elsewhere

I previously booked a USA package through them which went fine overall—except for one hotel that wasn't what I expected. I gave them another chance for a Canada trip, but that turned out to be a mistake.

I was completely transparent upfront, even sharing a competitor’s quote to see what they could offer. They came back with what looked like a good deal, so I booked and paid. Only after payment was I told that one of the hotels was "on request" and that to get a like-for-like option, I'd need to pay an extra £1,000 to £1,500. The alternative? Get downgraded to a 4-star hotel at no cost, or pay extra for a slightly better 4-star.

It felt dishonest and manipulative. The sales team will say what they need to close a deal, but the aftersales support is only there to deflect and protect the company—not to support the customer. Be very cautious if you're considering booking with them. I won’t be back, and I can’t in good faith recommend them.

In these cases, customers are always given the option to either choose an alternative hotel or cancel the booking entirely without penalty. Awesome itinerary and great support staff

I went on a multi centre trip to Nashville. Memphis and New Orleans. The trip was amazing, all three hotel rooms (especially the Inn on St Peter in New Orleans) were stunning and super spacious! I received all tickets and documentation well in advance and when my Amtrak cancelled my scheduled train journey due to the recent hurricanes, the support i received from USAirtours was outstanding as they were in contact with me straight away to keep me informed and booked me onto the Greyhound to ensure I got to my next destination. Amy Bell was helpful and efficient in making the necessary arrangements needed to amend my itinerary.
I loved Nashville with its huge selection of talented live musicians throughout the day and night, and you can't beat a leisurely stroll through the streets of New Orleans' French Quarter with its laid back vibe, stunning houses and great food choices. I recommend the Steam Boat cruises down the Mississippi River if anyone is thinking of going! Overall, a fantastic holiday with a great service from the USAirtours staff. I would definitely book again!

Cancun holiday

Just back from a week in Cancun, flights, hotel & transfer all really good - flights on time, hotel was excellent, transfer company kept me informed when the car was stuck in traffic, although only delayed by 5 minutes. Great value for money overall, I was advised to go for a higher quality hotel & I am glad I did that, the location & service at the hotel were absolutely brilliant so worth paying a bit extra for

Please listen! Do not book

I have booked to go away on march 11th flying to New York for a few nights then on to Mexico for a week, however 3 days ago I got admitted into hospital, and I am still here for the foreseeable not able to fly, unfortunately not insured however I’m not looking forward to a full refund, I just want to amend the dates and pay the difference they said that’s not an option my only option is too lose the holiday and also the £8,000 it cost

I am sorry that you were unable to travel. To enable us to get the best rates, some products maybe more restrictive. Because items are generally non refundable, it is important that customers take out adequate insurance

They leave disabled children locked out

This lot lie, so we went to book a villa 18 months ago, it was not available so we said ok, it doesn't matter, the next day it was available, so we booked, roll on 18 months and 3 days before our holiday, it was not available, but they sent us pictures of another, which I said I didn't want.So we had no choice but to take it. Then we arrived and we have 5 disabled children between two families, and the code to the villa was wrong, after 15 hours of travelling we could not get in, 8 phone calls later and 45 minutes later someone got us a door code to get in.The house was completely different to the pictures that we had been sent, The next day we couldn't go out because the door lock would not lock. So we again had to ring 6 times and ask for a manager to call, they didn't, eventually an engineer turned up and changed the batteries and the door lock works. So it will be small claims court when I return to the UK.

Where would I enter a code then, I'm pretty sure I no what a doorpad is!!
