U-Save car rental serves Los Angeles Airport (LAX) from its office at 8924 Bellanca Avenue, Los Angeles, California 90045. There are no on-site car rental counters inside the LAX terminals, so this branch operates off-airport with a shuttle connection for arriving customers. To reach the branch, look for the Pink LAX Sign in the lower arrivals area and board the blue Economy Lot Bus. Get off at the LAX Economy Parking Garage, where a branded shuttle will meet you and take you to the office. The pick-up shuttle operates during the branch's business hours, so check these before you travel. Desk opening hours (local time): every day 07:00–20:00, including public holidays.

We did not have a good experience with this rental company. We were not able to use our own insurance as a Canadian citizen and had to buy their insurance which made our costs much more expensive.

The car was good but the other two factors made my trip a very disappointing experience.
