Amazing platform
If you are a content creator looking to engage with consumers directly, I highly recommend Uscreen as a platform. The support team is exceptional in their assistance with any questions or issues, and they are continuously exploring and implementing effective tools to help us sell our content. Their efforts have gone above and beyond to ensure our success. Overall, Uscreen is an excellent choice for content creators.
Very easy to set everything up
Very easy to set everything up, nice-looking and user-friendly website templates. Customer service is quick to respond, and their help section is extensive and useful. They are always adding new features and improving. A more accessible price point for the apps would be great, but happy with it overall.

The best video hosting platform I can upload my content on Android tv, Fire tv, Roku and many more.
I have never signed up to this AND THEY WONT STOP EMAILING ME
I have never signed up to this "uscreen" service yet they will contiuninely send me emails about "missed billing payments" of $99.99. I received about 6 emails in 20 minutes of eachother, even though i have asked every time to stop emailing me.

I have never signed up or used Uscreen but I've been getting constant emails from multiple different Uscreen accounts, saying my subscription hasn't gone through. Stop emailing me spam! I've never used your service.

Uscreen has contentinu to steal my money to date.
I made a trial on the part of Uscreen 2 months ago and it happened that, despite I have disabled the subscription, Uscreen has contentinu to steal my money to date.
I tried to ask for an explanation, but the only thing they tried to do is convince me to use the platform.
But I don't want to use their service also because all the platforms turn out to be the same and aesthetically obscene!
I have moved to another cheaper and more serious OTT provider.

there contracts are $199 a month but they billed me in 2 weeks. wow double their contract.

Exactly what I'd been hunting for.
I think this software may not be all things to all people but it's an incredibly helpful, simple, productive tool for someone selling video content.
Has a great feature that schedules releases and expires releases. For me that was the one thing no one else had. Excellent.
I'd say, though, that the best feature are the customer support folks. I've had a few conversations with them (Kylie in particular) and was very, very happy with how happy they were to help me and how well they answered all of my questions and got me set up. Good stuff. I recommend.

Great customer success manager (Emma). Really takes the time to understand our business and what is required to help it grow.
Uscreen takes their customer's feedback seriously and finds ways to prioritize them, make those priorities visible for all customers to see. You can see that they are working hard to make the platform better every day! As a customer I feel valuable and important to them.

Kylie Williams is fantastic! So helpful, so competent, and so patient with an "older" guy who isn't super-techy. I never would have got "onboard" with my videos without her - what an asset to Uscreen she is, I hope they realize that. Thanks for everything Kylie!

We have been using Uscreen for a short while but the user-friendly backend is extremely useful. The staff was also very helpful as we were transferring customers and video content over from our previous provider. It is also very clear that their team is working on new features constantly and listens to their users.

Easy versatile platform, great tech support!
We've used Uscreen for our Taichi school's online video instruction for 4 years. The platform is easy to use, the tech support is superb, and the company continues to improve its functionality and our marketing options. It's the only VOD and streaming video service that met our needs after comparing them with several others.

Over 1 year of incredible innovation and support.
UScreen has been a great partner overall. They are not your usual SaaS tool where you sign and forget.
Every single person that I've been in contact with within UScreen was interested in making my business grow. That's gold.
The updates always come to surprise with new features focused on business growth.
I really appreciate the time and effort that they take to improve the overall experience.
I would love to see more integrations (in-app) but they are actively working on this.
Our business use both iOS and Android apps and the mobile app team has done an amazing job, especially over the last 6 months with constant updates to improve the overall experience.
This is a first-class tool and support.

Can't Recommend Enough
I did a lot of research on which hosting platform I wanted to use before diving in with UScreen. I'm happy to report I have had solely positive experiences with UScreen. I am genuinely impressed by both the product and it's continuous evolution. Each new feature gets me inspired to try something new and grow my online business. I've always been super happy with my customer success experience. They are incredibly helpful anytime I have a questions or problem big or small.

We are in our 3rd year with UScreen and have found this platform to be a wonderful fit for our company! We spent endless hours trying to force other OTT providers to meet our needs, but no one matched the flexibility, support, and administrative back-end that UScreen provides! They seem to regularly offer updates and new tools just as I need them, and I have yet to hear "you can't do that" from anyone on their team. Plus our onboarding specialist Emma is just the best and always helps with new ideas and ongoing support. I would not waste any time looking and comparing other OTT providers, you'll just end up here in the end!
