This company 100% on their website makes it seem like you are purchasing USA made products, but my bench cushion came from China. Foam will not lay flat and I paid for premium upgrades, even after 8-10 days. Back bench cushion looks terribly made and the measurements are dead on, so it has nothing to do with that, it is just cheap product. Fabric is cheap. Threads hanging off. I already had to order a completely new bench cushion and back pillows from a reputable company with high end fabrics. Waste of time and money.

The zipper that was used is cheap and ripped open the first time I tried to zip it!

Nice to receive exactly what I ordered; good quality; decent material; proper size for my window seat; reasonably priced; and arrived sooner than expected!

We needed two cushions for window seats. I found US CUSHIONS to be a very easy process, and will order from them again.
They show you how to measure, to get the best fit. Great options of tufting, trim and fabric, with unlimited looks.
Questions were answered by customer service quickly and kindly.
You'll be surprised by how small the packaging can be! Vacuum packed, cushions take a day to fully plump. The inside cushion is firm, in a very comfortable way, that I know will be long lasting. I chose a non-slip back and zippered cover. Both will be great options-keeping the cushion in place and easily removable if I need to wash it.
I like to change the look of my decor seasonally- ordering a different color will be super easy now that I have the correct sized cushions.
I recommend US CUSHIONS. It was an easy, personalized process and I got the exact look I was going for.

I DID NOT RECEIVE MY COMPLETE ORDER. I have tried contacting this company by phone and email, but they completely ignore me and refuse to respond.
This is absolutely unacceptable and extremely unprofessional. They took my money, but I still have not received everything I paid for, and they apparently have no interest in resolving the problem.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I strongly recommend staying away from them. In my experience, they took the money and failed to deliver the complete order, and then stopped responding.
Think twice before giving them your money. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone.

After dealing with a company that came up first in Google searches and dealing with nothing but lies and deception it was great to deal with USCushions. Even though nobody answers the phone listed(really bad idea) they respond to emails within hours. I ordered 3 cushions from them and they arrived 2 weeks after ordering unlike the other company that was still telling me lies 2 months after cushions were ordered.

Even though there was an issue with my order(ordered tufted and got regular cushion they stepped up and delivered. Instead of telling me my order would ship in 5 days 5 phone calls in a row USCushions told me the exact procedure to fix the error and they honored that

I would do business with these folks in an instant.

The cushions were exactly as advertised, quality, workmanship, color, size, delivery time, and even in assisting us in finalizing the order. Everything was exactly as they said it would be, excellent and no surprises.

They were awesome to work with, I sent my measurements in and they sent me a spec showing all cushions dimensions. Picked out fabric next and within 3-4 weeks the cushions came in and they look great!!

I have had such a great experience with this company, Sorra specifically. The first cushion I received was extremely great quality however the fabric color was different than expected. Customer service helped take personal pictures of other options to help me find the best replacement. I was so relieved and grateful for this level of customer service and am so excited for the final product to put the final touches on my nursery.

Terrible Customer Service. If you want to not get your item or get lots of excuses of why you don't have your item, deal with company. I suggest you GET AWAY from this company as fast as you can. I suggest a bullet train. They received a 1 star because negative numbers were not available.
