Ease of use.

WOW!! What a great tool. We are just getting started with this and we have already created some very professional looking drawings. I will say that we have sold several projects because of Wireframe as it really brings a true vision and clarity to each project.

Usewireframe.com is very easy to use. I have used it to create wireframe diagrams for the electrical setup for my camper van.

Initially, I used the design wizard, which asked me some simple questions about my requirements and then suggested a wireframe to meet those requirements. Then, I built a wireframe from scratch because I wanted to understand the issues involved in creating an electrical setup in more detail.

The paid version of the website will suggest cable and fuse specifications, along with an explanation for the suggested values. You are also told to check these specifications with a qualified person.

I am bringing my diagram to a qualified engineer this week. In building the diagram with usewireframe.com, I have learned a lot about the electrical requirements of the components I am planning to use, and I feel more confident talking to an engineer about what I need.

I’m rating 4/5 because Wireframe can still be improved. Some improvements are actually already there, compared to when I used it ;-)
Yet, the program is incredibly easy and friendly to use. It’s undoubtedly very useful. I spent a good amount of time at designing my system (and had a lot of fun🤓), but when I finally realized it everything worked fine.
I would never make an electrical system without a proper design and Wireframe is perfectly fit for beginners and professionals.
It’s definitely worth it’s price! Not to say about tons of other very useful free hints by Shane

Wireframe is very good I found. I recommend anyone doing a van or boat project to at least try Wireframe. It allows you to draw a schematic of what your entire electrics will look like and identify what you REALLY need, then plan amperages etc. I think it would save people money and stress in the long run because it helps avoid "guess buying". I realise now in my van conversion I have a small pile of items I have purchased that are basically no good for my van conversion project - items I THOUGHT "that looks the thing I need i will buy that" because I only had an "in my mind plan" of my electrics. After creating the Wireframe plan I now know I need better\other components. A lot of the components are configurable too, i.e. the Busbars, you can increase connections. or cigarette plugs you can flag as 24V etc

I've spent months searching for example setups, asking ChatGPT for ideas, but never quite felt comfortable with the plans. Then I found Wireframe, Thank God, You guys nailed it. I sit here in my camper as I write this with my Victron system humming away. A++

It's not very often that I write reviews, but I felt inspired, because of the genuine ease with using WIREFRAME.
I was lucky enough to stumble across WIREFRAME, when I was searching for wiring diagrams, for my Car, and caravan electrical set up. I have minimal electrical experience and I was becoming confused with the method and the lay out of wiring and electrical items that were showing across the internet. In short, WIREFRAME helped me immensely. The program works seamlessly and intuitively. With automatic warning references for issues, urging you to look at the design and safety more closely. And the physical placement of the electrical items needed for the project. That alone was an immense help. In short the program cleared my guesswork. Very happy.

I have found Wireframe to be both informative and extremely useful, with an intuitive user interface that makes it easy to get started on a project. The supplied templates are an excellent learning resource, helping users quickly understand the software’s capabilities and best practices.

While there is a lot of information and many resources available elsewhere, I have found Wireframe to be the most effective tool for guiding users through the design process. Whether you’re new to electrical design or looking to improve your workflow, it provides a solid foundation and helps build confidence as you progress.Thanks for a great tool !

I’ve been using usewireframe while planning and building my van, and it has been super helpful for visualizing the electrical setup and layout before actually installing anything.

It makes it much easier to think through the system, spot potential issues, and communicate the plan clearly. It’s not perfect (yet), but for a van build it’s a really useful tool and has saved me a lot of time and guesswork.

I've checked out many softwares and am actually very surprised this software does it all and it's quick to figure out (a few hours of work) and does more than I thought of especially wire sizing, fuse size calculation and the variety of templates that helps expedite things. I don't give reviews often but this is a good product.

Doing my first couple of diagrams, and it's what I've been looking for. Didn't need to learn a new CAD system, just easy click and drop and adjust as needed. Keep it up. I'm in the marine industry with a main focus on Power management.

Used this site for rebuild worked well now after a few updates it about the best site for electrics you can play about with ideas before you start stop all the mistakes we all make when starting product reviews are great help having prices on top line as you work with ideas is a great help

Looked for a product like this for a long time to annotate my boat's electrical system. I'm not the only person judging by the many forum questions asking for the same. Intuitive to use and came up with an attractive diagram of the solar side of the system pretty quickly. The automatic diagnostics were a nice surprise. I'm still using the free version, but will probably subscribe once I put more of the system into the diagram to see its suggested improvements.

I can imagine would it make a lot of sense for professionals to use it to design/display systems for clients.

This a fantastic product for both a beginner to an experience person trying to design a setup.
You can make it as simple or as complicated as you want.
Then it puts a complete parts list together and gives an approx cost.
It also auto sizes cable depending on current draw as well as the length of them (Volt drop).
The only thing i found was i spend ages on the drawing make them more presentable.....

Great program and very easy to work with. It allows you to create beautiful schematics for your projects that are clear and easy for everyone to understand.

The team is also very open to feedback. When you suggest new features, they take the time to listen and genuinely consider implementing them in future updates.

Highly recommended for anyone looking for professional and easy-to-follow electrical schematics.

The application is really well put together. it is maintained with new products which are expanding rapidly. Using the application has saved me many hours of design, calculation and professional documentation production. Not just for the customer proposal but also for the Vehicle User manual.

After a lot of weeks research I pretty much knew the main components I wanted to use for my VW T3 campervan's wiring sytem. However I would have most definitely have made significant mistakes had I not come across Wireframe this weekend. Honestly this a fabulous piece of kit. From a complete starter I would say within 4 to 5 hours I was able to put together a system involving Alternator (via the Starter battery), Solar, Leisure battery and Power bank with automated switching . Kudos to Shane at Wireframe

Great product really easy to use but gives professional results and the additional tools for wire size, and all the safety checks just make life so incredibly easy. Really great product.

I was needing to build an electrical layout for a customers van conversion and came across Wireframe.
It was incredibly easy to use and having dedicated branded components made building the system a breeze. It helped immeasurably in cross checking my own calculations on wire sizing, with Wireframes cable calculations I have in fact increased a couple of the cables that I had previously undersized.
Being able to print out the schematic and share with the customer was great, rather than trying to explain to them the ins and outs, a simple drawing explained everything for me.
I'll definitely be using Woreframe again when I need to build a system that isn't a direct copy of the one I have just created.
I would prefer to pay as you go for my own personal circumstances as I won't be needing to use the software to its fullest extent for a number of months.
Other than that this software is a game changer on the ease and speed of which a camper van schematic can be created.
