Cancelled order 12/16/20 after waiting 6 months for delivery. Never received refund, after numerous run around emails, they stopped responding to my calls, emails, Facebook messenger. Looks like this a scam company. Don't order from them

I ordered my husband an olympic bar for…

I ordered my husband an olympic bar for his birthday in June of 2020. It has been well over 7 months and I still have not heard anything from them. I have contacted them asking for a status and they continue to say they are shipping out items from January to June orders of 2020 however they have no other status. I am unable to contact anyone over the phone because they always send me to send an email instead. I have since requested a refund two separate time and have not heard back since I requested for one. Very disappointed.

SCAM!!

SCAM!!! Do NOT order from US fitness supply. Ordered back in April and still haven’t received order. No response from the company either. I am out $700. Buyer beware!

AVOID--likely a scam (though I was refunded)

I ordered some weight plates back in May and was told then to expect them sometime in July or August. Fair enough, COVID delays and all that. September rolled around and I reached out to ask for an update. At that point, my spidey sense was tingling as I've seen other scam fitness supply websites popping up around the internet with inventory no-one else has.

It took reaching out 3 times and when I finally did receive a reply, they said they'd refund me but they had to charge me a "restocking fee" of 5-15% PLUS 2.94% credit card fees. Luckily, my credit card company is amazing and, even though it'd been 5 months since the purchase, they quickly got me my FULL money back. I wish I'd known how many people have had similar experiences before I'd attempted to purchase. If you try with them, make sure it's a credit card with a great policy to help you in the event of never receiving your order.

These people are a scam!!!! They took all one thousand something dollars for a set-up I purchased and NEVER sent a single piece of that set-up. DONT BUY FROM HERE!!!!!!!

Garbage SCAM company

Absolute garbage company...if it is a real company. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. It's a scam. You order something and they say it takes a while. I think their scam is to make you wait and then cancel. I cancelled in July and still waiting for my refund. It is NOVEMBER. They give you the runaround how their "manager" knows about the situation and will refund it asap. They don't. They try and run out the clock on PayPal so you are stuck.

I ordered the concept 2 rower in…

I ordered the concept 2 rower in August, which has been virtually impossible to find anywhere. They told me shipping would be end of October to mid November (dates were given I just don’t remember exactly). I received my rower in that time frame, they responded to all my FB questions within a day or 2 and were helpful. It sucks that other people didn’t have the same experience but i was happy with mine.

Needs to Communicate

I ordered two dumbbells on May 8, 2020, and I received the complete order on November 9th. I made the purchase fully aware that there would a be delay in my order being fulfilled. They did make clear on their website that there would be delays due to COVID-19. While I appreciate that they did fulfill my order, their communication needs improvement. After two months, I attempted to call customer service which directed me to email them or contact them via Facebook messenger—I chose email because I don’t have Facebook. It took 33 days to receive a response to my email. In fact, after a week of waiting, I used my wife’s Facebook account to contact them and received a response in a matter of days. I will say follow-up emails sent within the last two months, before receiving my order, were responded to in a timely manner. Again, I appreciate that they fulfilled my order, but I can’t say that I would order from them again. The difficulty in contacting them is concerning—though admittedly it seems to be getting better. In addition, I am uncomfortable about being charged months before receiving my order. In the end, it worked out for me, but it is not an experience I want to repeat. I would advise those who have ordered to be patient, but stay in contact with them. I used the order tracking feature on their website to stay up to date. I do believe that this is a small business who simply got overwhelmed with the volume of orders it received due to COVID. Communication issues aside, they do seem to be trying to fulfill orders as evidenced by my experience.

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED. I ordered from this company April 24th of 2020. They told me the order was Estimated to ship between 7/25/2020-8/1/2020. I waited and waited then messaged them around that time. Same response of “there was shipping delays due to the manufacturer and covid”. This has gone on until now November 12th 2020. They tell me a different response everytime that’s not computer generated but it’s still absolute bull excused and time frame. First it will be “within 3 weeks” then after 3 weeks it will be “3 more weeks”. They told me that they only give store credit due to covid as of now......There is no way this is going to go down well for this “company” if they will not give me back my money.

Absolute fraud

Absolute fraud! I waited 7 months for the equipment to arrive. I eventually canceled my order and requested a refund. It's been 2 months and no refund. Apparently my refund request has been sent to the refund department. DO NOT buy from these shiesters!

Don't buy here. This is the worst company I have ever seen on line. Bought equipment in May, they have never provided equipment, they have promised to return money... it is now November. No equipment... no monetary return.

Don't even consider these guys.

US Fitness, if you wish to recover your business.. why don't you *actually* refund the money you have been talking about refunding since September.

Nightmare. Spend your money elsewhere.

I placed an order in early May, I figured it would take a while during COVID, my order had no update even a month past the expected shipping window in September. I have since tried to have them cancel my order twice, I have been told it's been sent to the cancellation department, and then I never get any further. My order is still processing, my money is still gone. I do not recommend anyone buy anything from them, they can't follow through on anything, either fulfilling orders or cancellations. Really frustrating.

Hi placed an order April 11, 2020 and still have not received. I have inquired several times and received the same response. They are updating orders, order from April and May are being shipped. This is not the case, because i still have not received.. BUYER BEWARE! They were quick to take my money and not send item!

i believe it is fraud company. couldnt fulfill my order which i placed in may. seems fraud. can somebody shutdown their site so new folks wont get cheated. i asked for money back, not sure they even respond to that. :(

US Fitness Supply (usfitnesssupply.com) does NOT fulfill orders...

I placed an order in May 14th of 2020, but I never received the majority of the items I ordered. My total order was debited to my card at $1207.01. A set of set of TRX Gravity cast kettlebells did arrive after a few weeks, however the following items never arrived:

- YORK 4' Int'l. Chrome Curl Bar - $70.00
- YORK 50 lb York Slam Ball - Black - $98.00
- YORK 40 lb York Slam Ball - Black - $83.00
- YORK 30 lb York Slam Ball - Black - $67.00
- Prism Function Strength VTX Vertical Kettlebell Rack - $337.00
- Xtreme Monkey 365 Power Rack Accessory Dip Bar - $141.57

The order was closed and showed full-filled on their website and in my account, yet Total value of the items that were never received is $796.57. Over the past months I have submitted at least 7-8 separate requests via email and on Facebook, and have received replies with excuses similar to the other customer reviews on this website. This is an example of a reply from their customer support:

US Fitness Supply has stopped fulfilling customer orders and apparently owes a lot of customer refunds. If you have ordered from US Fitness Supply, Inc, or on their website at usfitnesssupply.com you will want to alert and file formal complaints with your credit card carriers, the BBB, local authorities and US Fitness Supply payment processes (Amazon and PayPal ) agains the company regarding the company’s lack of order fulfillment and theft of customer payments. 

I anticipate a class action lawsuit against usfitnesssupply.com in the coming months. US Fitness Supply’s corporate address is 32951 Lighthouse RD Selbyville DE 19975. The company provides customer service numbers at (757) 745-9831 and (757) 745-9831 however these numbers direct you to recordings that then ask you to email the company due to high volume. I have not been able to get anyone on the phone. Again, buyer beware of US FitnessSupply and usfitnesssupply.com.

BUYER BEWARE

I purchased a product from this company months ago and I’ve never gotten any type of legitimate information as to where my order is. I was told my order had been shipped but was only given tracking info for a shipping label. Then after exchanging emails they suddenly stopped responding. Eventually I was able to get in touch via Facebook messenger and again after a few messages no actual information is given just a bunch of excuses. I was told that my order would be canceled and refunded, but nothing. This isn’t a legitimate company or site. They will take your money with no intention of providing you with the workout equipment you paid for. Do yourself a favor and buy from a reputable supplier And save yourself the hassle
