U.S.Games Distribution Avis 

I’ve had a mixed experience with U.S.Games Distribution. On the plus side, their game selection is solid, and the discounts are a nice perk. Buying and downloading games is usually smooth, and customer support has been helpful when I needed it.

But there are some drawbacks. Game activation can be tricky at times, and I’ve had occasional delays with key deliveries. The platform could also use a more user-friendly interface and better refund policies.

Overall, it’s a decent option for game distribution, but there’s room for improvement. If they fine-tune their services, I’d be happy to reconsider my rating!

I am writing to express my disappointment with the customer service I have received. It has been incredibly frustrating trying to reach someone, as the customer service representatives are frequently away from their desks and direct me to leave a voicemail. Unfortunately, despite leaving messages, I have never received a call back.

At this point, I would strongly advise against reaching out to them, as it seems unlikely that your concerns will be addressed. I am unsure what the team is doing if they are consistently unavailable, but the lack of response is unacceptable.
