Not very reliable at all. Missing lots of information and was overcharged. Had to navigate other sites to find the information I requested. False advertising!

Very good service for minimal fee!
For $1.00 I received a complete Recall check and build sheet for my Jeep Cherokee. I think this service is worth more than one dollar. Complete information for many older vehicles is difficult to find, but this makes it easy!

Well structured website
Well structured website - easy to navigate and understand - valid and useful information - responsive live-chat responses. Would have given 5 stars if the report included ownership/registration history.

I found the experience on the website quick and simple. The report received seems to be very thorough and clear to read. I had a helpful checklist to use when looking at the vehicle, and links to other sorts of information.
