Cold cold to TPS Reg Company
Cold called today by a lady although we are TPS reg.
Kept asking for about our energy contracts.
It is against the law to cold cal TPS reg companies with a sales call.
Draw your own conclusion on the above.
We as a company will never deal with law breakers.
15 July 26, I have emailed as instructed, lets see what action they take to stop harassing our staff. We are TPS reg for a reason!
16 July 26 sent the email with no response but yet another phone call. This can only be considered as harassment. Lets see if they do what they say.
20 July 26, I have sent the email to there response, we were called again. I advised respond back by email. No response! On Trust pilot they ask me to email yet again! Is this normal business etiquette? Expecting the next step to try and have this true and honest experience removed. Lets see.

22nd of July:- You have not been contacted by us recently. As we have been unable to speak with you and have not received any further emails from you, we are currently engaging with TPS Services to help facilitate communication and work towards providing you with a resolution.
As mentioned in our previous correspondence, without either email communication or a telephone conversation, we are unable to fully address and resolve your query.

Great friendly advice
Paresh Patel was knowledgeable, patient and polite. As a very small charity we need to be very careful about our energy spend and any contract we decide to sign.
Paresh fully understood our needs and issues, did not pressure us to make a decision and gave us sound advice.
We decided to go with Paresh’s recommendation which included ZERO service charges and lower unit rates. Over the term of the contract we should realise savings of almost £4,000!

Paresh Patel was extremely rude
Paresh Patel was extremely rude, patronising, and seems lacking in knowledge of electricity supply. Put the phone down on me. He called back later without apology or explanation. Then he put the phone down on me again. Such rudeness is totally unnecessary and (thankfully) rare.
On the plus side, if they monitor calls I can't imagine he will be working there for long, so hopefully you will have a better experience.
