Great service
John and Spencer were both extremely helpful in my process of securing energy rates for my business. Spencer took plenty of time on a call with me to go through exactly what I needed, what was available and what may make the most sense and followed up via email with all the options we talked about. John was particularly patient whilst we discussed internally and then made the set up very quick and easy to do. Communication was great and I had up to date pricing everyday to ensure I got the best price. I couldn't fault either of them - really excellent service.

Great first call, then rubbish
Lewis and Jared were very helpful in initial call. But the implementation was weak with mistakes, and communication became a zero priority once agreement was made. They promise to pay customers for a 5star review, which is why there are so many.
