awesome hemp.
the thco/thcp reserve disposable is amazing. good draw till last drop and no clogs. charges micro so just need a pc and i think i used an old digital camera micro usb cable one for 1 charge. not much flavor but potent for a while i got pineapple express and doesnt taste much like weed or terps tbh but the effects make it worth it for an occasional treat/supplement to the good stuff and imho this applies to most hemp products currently albeit alotta it is unique too cus idk first few drags i was bout as high as i ever been and hadda put it down lmfao.

Good product quality
The bud and hash I purchased is really good quality. It's nice to see companies still having hash. The bud is nice and moist too not dry and crumbling like some other companies have with shows how fresh the crop was. Nice job guys I'll be ordering more soon

I ordered 2 vapes
I ordered 2 vapes, both didn't have any flavor to them, they kinda tasted like band-aids smell. I ordered the OG kush and pineapple express, I couldn't tell a difference in flavor from either, neither tasted like cannabis. The cheaper vape(pineapple express) that was on clearance/sale clogged with about 40-30% full...no matter how much I huff and puff it produced no smoke. Since the flavor wasn't good to begin with I just disposed of the clogged vape. It's not worth the hassle of taking pics and complaining. The shipping and packaging were all good but the product itself was disappointing. With the failed product and poor taste I don't think this is something I would purchase again and it's not something I could recommend.

Hello Matt, thank you for your input. We are sorry to hear that your vape clogged nearly half-way full. Sometimes this can be alleviated by using a hair-dryer, heat-gun, or carefully running hot water over the main glass of the vape itself will typically resolve this, however, from time to time, these things can give out. If that is the case, please send us pictures and let our team know that you attempted to use the declogging method suggested, and it still was not working, and our team will help you from there. As for the lack of flavor, if you can please clarify the exact products with low flavor, it would be much appreciated. Our goal is to always provide top-quality products, and our vapes are typically our highest-reviewed products, so this being in a two-star location is certainly shocking to us. We look forward to improving your experience!

Hello Justin Hockin, we appreciate your input. Upon review, you have only placed one order. The second order you are referring to is a replacement shipment that we sent to you free of charge. We offer the option to include insurance to prevent loss and theft. Having insurance included will cover the entire cost of your package to prevent things like this from becoming an issue. Unfortunately, you did not opt to include insurance on your package. You provided the correct details. We shipped it to the right place, twice, and UPS still managed to misplace your package, twice. Insurance would have ensured a full refund as it states at checkout on our site. I hope this clears any confusion regarding how this situation unfolded.

This was the second time!
This was the second time I took a chance on the "Build a Vape". The vape has no flavor. When I received the vape it was discolored and continues to turn black. I contacted customer support about the discoloration. I was told it was something that could happen with their formula. I've never seen a vape do this before. Based on my experience I would not recomend this product.
