Product took to long to be delivered, more than 4 weeks, they advertise 5-12 days. Trophy came in 2 parts which I had to superglue together, no told of in original description.

The item I received had two dings in the bottom from shipping. I loved the item but very disappointed with damage,tried to contact for solution but told me not a valid email address.
Only giving one star as no option to give no stars. Bought what i thought ( and was advertised) as a personalised wrestling FIGURINE. What i received was a flat cut out piece of wood. Photo on advert... Voir plus

This was a birthday present, and I paid extra to have this delivered on time and it was over a month late and all I was told each time was to be patient, terrible customer service and you should have offered me at least the extra postage I paid for express delivery.

I still haven't received my order! 31 days after placing my order. The tracking available is useless and not upto date, as well as being in Chinese.
Even after emailing the company, no progress. Stay well clear folks!
