This is my second review
This is my second review, therefore 5 plus 5 equals 10. Stars, that is.
I've read some of the negative reviews that others have made and I'm completely baffled as to what these people are saying...negatively, that is.
I've been a Uviyo customer for both of my Samsungs: the S7 and S8. They're both touted as waterproof and, guess what? They ARE!
I once tripped on a marina dock and fell into the water. And while I was a bit embarrassed, my S7 wasn't affected one iota. This past Monday, I had finished a day of fishing, loaded up my car, and then the sky opened up here in South Florida and my fishing buddy and I were soaked to the skin. BUT, my Nautical Uviyo was as dry as the Mojave desert.
Your cases are solid because I have a habit of dropping mine at least once a week, and they bounce back without a hint of a problem.
Finally, every time I've reached out to Uviyo, they're always there for me.
Once again, people who read reviews: Some customers are not satisfied and some, like myself, consider your product and your customer support great.

Sent a defective case "armor 2" for g7 optimo maxx, sent me another one that was perfect at no extra fee all I had to do was send a picture of the defective case and the replacement was on its way good company great case!!
Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. I recommend avoiding this company. I went against my normal practice of not ordering from a company with out a phone number. Big mistake. They seem to send out cheery robot emails saying that they care and to contact them with any problems. They do not respond to emails at all. I've sent a bunch including to care uviyo.email. All they care about is getting more orders. I have ordered two products from them and yet to have a tracking number Or any updates about shipping. I paid for expedited service. I ordered from them specifically because they offered that. Apparently a total waste of money. Avoid these people if you want to get your product in a timely fashion or have any customer support. Don't be fooled by their automated replies. I'm not a frequent reviewer but this company deserves negative and I hope to save anybody else from dealing with their total lack of response to communications.

Good phone cases and good service!
I have ordered 3 phone cases through Uviyo. They provide great quality products and they have great service. They seem to be a small enough company that they really care about their customer satisfaction. They offered to refund my mistake when I ordered the wrong size case on my first order.
When I ordered a case for a new phone model, they went out of stock very quickly. Uviyo's customer service was honest and quick to tell me my options, and they refunded me right away because I was not willing to change my order or wait to protect my phone. The case I ended up getting from a different seller was so inferior that I ended up getting a new one through Uviyo later anyway, at a lower price and higher quality!
I love the phone cases here, I just ordered my wife a beautiful pink case for her phone here because her last one did not keep the back of the phone from cracking when she dropped it.
Dodge Uvyio. Poor quality products and despicable customer service.
The Uvyio case for my iPhone X deteriorated in less than a month. Very poor quality! I sent several e-mails to Uvyio and tried to contact them on facebook. No success and no response to my e-mails. When I left them a feedback on their facebook page, they deleted my post. This is the dodgiest company you can find online with poor quality products, lack of durability and despicable customer service. STAY AWAY. These people will take your money and if you are lucky to receive your purchase it will surely not last. They than will disappear and never answer to your attempts of contact for exchange or reimburse. DODGE DODGE DODGE UVYIO.

Wheres my money?
I'm going to give you a 4 but you need to fix it should say the item is out of stock i ordered a trakk shell backpack on January 7th,2019 and then they found out on January 8th, 2019 they didn't have it so they emailed me saying my money was refunded but i don't see my money back in my card i hope i'm not getting bamboozled i really wanted that product but i don't care i just need my 142.11$ back to me so i can go to another website to get the damn thing... -.-
Update: okay so i just kept checking it i just got it back January 10th,2019 Lol sorry guys i'm not use to this refund crap but in all honesty its kind of your fault for making them item sell able when you don't have it but otherwise i'm changing it to a 5

They have the best cases and the BEST PRICES!!!! I ordered a 6 S+ for my son and it usually takes a week, when it got transferred to USPS, they somehow lost it. I contacted them and Dani was super quick to respond, and I mean SUPER QUICK. After a couple of e-mails back and forth. It WASN'T their fault losing my case, Dani sent a new one. This is the 4th case I bought from them. And I told Dani from now on every phone I get will be from them. I made 2 people switch from Lifeproof to Uviyo. I showed them all the damage my phones have taken with the case and the phone is PERFECTLY FINE. When my friends ask what case to get I HIGHLY RECOMMEND UVYIO!!! THEE BEST HANDS DOWN!!!!!!! LOVE THE SERVICE AND PRODUCTS!!!!!
Wrong case, terrible response
Company advertised a case for sale. Upon purchase I was contacted 2 days later to be informed that the case is not in fact for sale. So I went with a different color case. A week later I have no shipping information so I'm contacting the company again to receive the information as to when the case will arrive. When the case finally does arrive it's for the wrong phone. I contact the company once again and go two days without any information from them. They admitted the screw up but sent the correct case via the slowest means of delivery possible(after waiting an additional 2 days to send it out). When questioned customer service became abrasive and rude. Cases may be good, but I suggest buying through a different company.

Great Product. Great Support. Great Experience!
Here's my experience buying in UVIYO. I bought a SoDrop2 Headphones and i got super unlucky as i got a factory defected one which i understand happens to every other company. The greatest thing about this is that they didn't bother me to mail the previous item that really saved me a lot of time because i'm from far South East Asia!

Terrible customer service
Their customer service team was completely unhelpful and combative. They took no responsibility to aided me in finding what happened to my package when it wasn't delivered. They did not notify me when it was returned to them. Then when USPS failed to deliver the package they told me I was responsible for the shipping charge.

5 star company! Highly recommended!
I ordered a Ghostek case from Uviyo and while installing the case onto my phone, the screen cover cracked. I notified the company and they sent another case immediately. The customer service was excellent and they were extremely helpful. The new case came in quickly and I love it! They carry great products and are extremely helpful! 5 stars all around!

Great customer service ,my ghostek case has been very tough.dropped phone several times case has chips in it and i lost a plug,which was sent to me by Uviyo customer service.i will continue to use these cases to protect my phones.i have been caught in heavy rain and it kept my s-7 dry!!

I have been using UVIYO cases for years now. My current one is the Ghostek Atomic 3 case for my iPhone 7 Plus. It is very well constructed and is waterproof as well. The exterior of the case is Red, made of aluminum with tight fitting face gasket and a mega durable clear screen. I have dropped my phone in gravel recently and a had a gut-wrenching feeling that the case or phone would be damaged, but under careful examination it had no damage whatsoever. It has a great guarantee and I'll buy another UVIYO case in the future for whatever phone I get.

USPS has lost my package and they were kind enough to fix my problem . The service was excellent they were on top of everything I cannot complain they have great customer service

Google Pixel Case
I am very happy with the Ghostek case I received for my Google Pixel. Upon receiving my case, I noticed a crack in the free screen protector that came with the case. I reached out to the customer support team to notify them of this and they quickly responded and shipped a new screen protector. Great customer service and a great product.
